This location never ceases to amaze me. I figured I could at least say something nice about a location were the customer service is 100%. The dining room is ALWAYS clean. And service is above average EASILY. And IF there's a mistake, it's quickly rectified.

Avoid at all costs, slow, messed up my order, and rude. Had been a few years since I've been here because of how bad it's been, figured I'd give it a try since it's been a while nothing has changed apparently.

Been three times and outrageous drive thru drama. They ask you to pull into parking space and never come to bring your food. Three times I had to pull over, get out the car and go inside. Then they look at you like a deer in headlights and give you an attitude because you walked in. Then I heard from another angry customer some days they don’t even bother opening 😡 Three strikes. I’ll never return and sadly I live less than five minutes away
Consistently just don’t give you your full order. Almost every time I’ve tried to order from here. Bahg Yano.

Was here September 14, 2025 at 4 P.m. exactly per my register receipt order a double cheeseburger with everything on it order of fries and a medium chocolate frosty. It took me 22 minutes for them to complete the order. The girl at the counter was working very hard and was totally overwhelmed with the workload this is supposed to be fast food not 22 minutes. The only thing was good was the frosty I guess because it was so hot outside. I enjoyed it. The burgers were not that great and the fries were just bland. Sorry I came here. It’s not the Wendy’s that I’m used to going to. I guess their food quality has changed.
