I order a potato thru the app, when I get there, they tell me they don't have any, and then they tell me I have to get a refund online, what??? Wouldn't you think the items on the app would be available? Just a thought. Very bad. Maybe stocking items to last the entire day would help and not run out of items 4 hours before closing, ridiculous....

The fries were nasty. They tasted like old oil. Bread was hard on one side. Coke dint taste right either. Store have the heater to high. Very uncomfortable to dine in with that heat.

At this location everything was spectacular. My last location in Dresher made me lose faith at Wendy's until I ate here. Great juicy burgers like Wendy's is known for!

Completely terrible! They need new management! Management was terrible and unfriendly. She didn’t bother to tell anyone in line that their soda machine in the dining area wasn’t working. She just went about the orders and only how you found out it wasn't working was when you wanted to go fill your drink up. There was nothing to drink. The two sodas they had were completely flat and she didn’t even bother to offer to fill your cup up at the drive through soda station (how other employees offered in the past) or offer the lemonade behind the counter as a drink option because of the lack of drinks. She just didn’t care and had the attitude oh well.
Poor management skills! Just be prepared that you won’t have a drink when you order your drink inside. They’ll take your money for a drink, but expect you to drink flat soda that tastes like it’s being sitting in the machine for months.
And who knows maybe the drive thru was the same way!

I just came back and asked for a fresh burger and drive through girl said just come up . stone cold and refused to give a receipt. Why do you allow liars to work for you? I was a loyal customer but not coming back. At least third time I got lousy food. Only time food is good is in the afternoon. If I got charged more than 6.88 since she refused to give me a receipt I am suing. What kind of place are you running.?

Filthy, no air conditioning! A bunch of kids working,walking around,nobody really doing anything. Tables your arms stuck to them. Floors your feet stuck to them. Never again!

I was pulling up to make an order and before I could reach the window, I kept hearing: ‘Can I help you.’ So I laughingly said yeah can you wait till I pull up first? She got mad & told me to hold on & walked away! Then I said I was ready but she decided she wasn’t & left me hanging! I repeatedly said I was ready with no response. When I said I was going to report her to customer service & that I was taking my business somewhere else, then she wanted to help me. Very rude person! Should not be working here if you’re not good with people. I do recognize that dealing with the public is difficult but not all customers are the same. I wasn’t trying to be rude be she just didn’t give me the opportunity to reach the order box. I won’t be returning to this Wendy’s again. Wendy’s @ 733 Huntingdon Pike, Huntingdon Valley, PA. Customer Service are rude too. You call to make a complaint and they hang up the phone.

This Wendy's is the worst manged fast food place I have ever visited. Mismanaged and staff is rude do not care about their customers or their job. Every time I go there the wait is at least 10 minutes. Today no exception waited 12 minutes got to the window to pick up my food ( just a burger and frys) and was told they have no cash for change. How does a cash business have no cash ridiculous. Sorry to say I'm totally done with this place hope they close it down.
