Im writing this because when I went to this location I was very hurt by a specific individual I don't know her name but she was a short Asian girl. Highly disrespectful she kept giving me attitude when I was ordering and this isn't the first time she did this. last time I came in and she kept breathing hard and yelling at the employee she messed up my order and I was starting to get upset because wasn't letting me finish what I was saying and when my grandma was finishing her order she went to go pay and the lady yelled at her saying YOU HAVE TO PUT IT IN OR TAP IT. Mind u she's 87 years old over all very good food but y'all need to do sum bout that lady or remove her from the location because she's not respectful

The food is always good here and the service is friendly, but I’m not sure I’ve ever received the food I’ve ordered on the first try. When going through the drive thru, make sure to check your order before pulling away.

Have been going to this location for years and I have to say this is the worst fast food location ever . I’m 26 almost 27 years old been going here since I can remember and it has always been the worst and I do mean the absolute worst fast food location of any restaurant. Orders are always wrong I have spoken to many friends of mine who agree the rockledge location is top trash and should close

Went there Sunday morning 1/28/24, and waited 10 minutes at the window for my order, and it was breakfast. The manager there is very ignorant too. You people need to do something with this place.

I feel like this Wendy's was always slow but they have become much more efficient in recent months. Service is fast and food is fresh.Parking: Parking lot attached to restaurant
I really like the two girls one is a manager I believe and the other was the drive-thru girl very polite and the morning girl who I dealt with was fantastic!!!! Wendy's has kicked it up a notch for the better!!!!
All doors locked at lunchtime. Please fire every last individual here. Lock up for good and don't forget to fire the regional manager as well. The reviews here say it all.

Very disappointed in this location. I placed a mobile order asked for extra cheese on sandwich there was none, and the sandwich was not hot and I ordered as soon as lunch started. no sour cream for baked potato and instead of giving me fruit punch for my daughters order i was given something else smh will never order from this location again

This is the best fast food joint I have ever stepped foot into. The biggie bag is the best deal to get you full. The ghost pepper ranch is always good and fries are always crispy. Also always clean the staff are super nice and helpful and they decorate for holidays. The bathrooms are also very clean
