Always the best!! Even under new ownership. One of my favorite restaurants!

Food was excellent as always. Ready when I arrived for pickup.

My experience at White Elephant was conflicting. Walking in, the place was very comfortable and welcoming. The decorations everywhere give it so much character and coziness. My conflicts started in regard to the food. I had stated to my server straight away that I had a peanut allergy and ordered a dish that wouldn’t have peanuts at all just to be safe. When my food came out, there were peanuts sprinkled all over my dish. I informed my server and they got it remade as quickly as possible. When my food came out once again, there were no peanuts this time, but the flavor was lacking in my dish. The person I was dining with also had some complaints about the lack of flavor in his dish as well. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for us.

My friend and I both ordered an Entree Ginger Chicken with Vegetables. We both found it tasteless. The chicken was tough and dry; the vegetables had almost no flavor. The sauce was good but did not compensate for the drab chicken and veggies. The atmosphere was very pleasant and our server was attentive and pleasant.

As always we have a great meal every time we visit White Elephant. The place was packed, and we had no reservation. The maitre d found us a spot that was perfect! The jasmine tea and vegetable tofu soup is always amazing, and our entrees were incredible. Can't wait to go back!

Only 1 thing I'd critique is ... The hosts, after they seat you, they should assure you that a waiter/waitress will be with you momentarily.
That's it. Otherwise, I like this Thai spot

We have been eating here for many years and were heartbroken to hear that the restaurant was sold. Invariably , new owners will say that nothing will change but they eventually change things and ruin it. NOT THE CASE HERE !!!! Some of the staff remained and the menu is the same. The food was great and we will be back!! Please don't change anything!

service is very good and I like their appetizer mix and soup

Something wasn't quite on target. Flavors and freshness a bit suspect. Unusual because it's always quite good.

My friend got paid to come here, everything was free, and I still wouldn’t go back. Claire’s meets Sweet (literally) sixteen. I’ll order Tribini online next time for an espresso martini.

The people were nice and the decor is lovely. The soup and salad were very good but the chicken used in my main dish and soup was horrible...bone dry and tasteless. I can't imagine how the chef served it. I was with a friend who loved the place and their Pad Thai so I didn't say anything. Their lunch special was ultra expensive. I go to another place with Thai food, a better menu, tasty food, great chicken, more items included in the lunch special for only $10.50. The White Elephant should take a lesson from them. Doubtful if I'll ever go back. Next time my friend asks I will tell her the truth. I'm not going to spend twice the amount for chicken that tastes like old shoes.

Went on a whim on a random Friday night with my sister and mom. Hadn’t been here in almost a decade and everything was amazing. Food, service, and atmosphere was great. Always love their coconut soup. Will be back again.

I have been a huge fan of Thai cousin. For many years I went to Royal Thai Orchid restaurant in Malvern that sadly closed it's doors. White Elephant restaurant as close as I could find to my beloved place. Only one thing I would suggest to the chef - cut your onions and other vegetables thinner for the soup & other dishes. Other than that I have no complains. Food tastes great, service is fantastic, ambience is nice & guitar player was playing nice music. It was a very pleasant experience
