The food & service is always good here. HOWEVER, not to sound pretentious, but there's nothing appetizing about seeing an employee at the window with hickeys covering her neck! Have said employee cover that garbage up, or stay at home until it heals! Unprofessional and tactless at best!

Ordered two fish sandwich meals and a order of cheese sticks. When order was ready cheese sticks were not ready finished our meals and still did not receive them went to counter she forgot to bring them out was only one other couple there not busy

Mud on my sandwitch. From unwashed lettuce. I called and told them about it... i should have been mailed a refund. Instead i was told by the owner to go into the Arbys and tell them i wanted a refund..... i wasnt doing that. ill never return

I was in the restaurant and watch the coworker scream at an elderly man because he was taking his time to order telling him I m here till 5 can you hurry a little no Cindy he’s ordering you don’t need to be working around people if you can’t keep your rude comments to your self due better !!!!!

The food was so so and the woman working the counter, Cindy was rude to my husband! She has a speech impediment and he wears hearing aids, and when he went up to ask for ketchup, she very rudely says, "I asked you if you wanted any!" Very unprofessional!

This restaurant is mediocre at best. I went here for the first time in a long time on 8 December, for lunch. I went here only to try the Deep Fried Turkey Club sandwich. What a mistake.
The lettuce was poor quality and did not appear to be fresh. The bacon looked awful - undercooked and NOT crispy. I did not eat the lettuce or bacon.
A club sandwich is ruined without quality lettuce and bacon. That's too bad, because the turkey itself was actually pretty good. Looks like it will be a long time again before I ever come back to this place.

Person behind the counter named Cindy says “wow you must really like to eat” after our order was placed. We each ordered a meal? Very unprofessional and I attempted to do their survey on the receipt and couldn’t because their store number doesn’t work. I can see why they wouldn’t want it too.
