Art work from locals for sell is amazing!
Drink recipes are very creative and enticing with fair prices. These are the positives

Alas, there have been repetitive occurrences that have reflected poorly on the Artists Hand.

Inconsistent service delivery has negatively impacting the experience here.
It has been noticed in various visits throught my time frequenting ArtistsHand that there is a lack of shared responsibility, (especially in particular staff(s)), which results in incomplete operational tasks (e.g., food preparation/assembly), creating bottlenecks and impacting service speed.

It has been noted that while other colleagues struggle to keep the workflow moving, it has been observed that employee(s) are focused on personal conversations, counting tips, standing idle, and/or working on their own chosen tasks. (In example of a frequent display of delegating tasks to others rather than simply stepping up to help with the necessary task on hand)
This has interfered with service duties; while the food and/or drinks are left at a stand still growing cold, or warm, melted ice; both effecting product taste and getting said items to customers.

This complete lack of shared accountability is the reason everything takes so long and creates such a chaotic atmosphere.
The lack of attention means the service is incredibly slow, and getting their focus to simply take an order or deliver a drink requires undue effort from the customer.

In summary, the staff's reluctance to actively engage in work, combined with their unprofessional focus on personal socializing, has left impacted what could be a consistently great experience.
It is my hopes these issues get improved and get Artists Hand back where it will shine.

Atmosphere is great and employees were nice. - It’s quiet, no music or anything. The employees were scrambling with only a few customers present. I wanted a quick sandwich and coffee to take on my way during my lunch break. Ended up spending just under an hour for a panini and a coffee. Save this place for when you have more time to spend.

The Artist Hand has a fantastic selection of local art and artisanal pieces. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are exceptional. As an added bonus their coffee and food are out of this world!

Wonderful place with great coffee and local art for purchase. They have love music nights and support artists of all kinds. Great tea as well!

The server Maggie was awesome! Food and chai latte was delicious! Great atmosphere!

wonderful coffee shop full of handmade art by local artists. the chocolate strawberry latte was delicious and paired well with the crumbly blueberry muffin. dozens of little notes were hidden in the cracks between the bricks in the wall, adding to the cozy feel. cannot recommend enough.

I left empty handed after waiting 25 minutes for an iced coffee to go. There was no one in line when I arrived. That's entirely too long to ask someone to wait for a four dollar cup of coffee.
