Website says they open at 11am but when we asked the worker when they opened she very rudely said 11:30am. Drove out here with our individuals, made it by 11 but ended up leaving due to worker’s attitude and incorrect time listed!

Stopped for a drink and both girls working were dipping pretzels in glaze icing. When I walked up to the counter, the girl licked the icing from her fingers, and did not wash her hands or put on gloves to serve me! I was going to buy a pretzel, but changed my mind. Needs more sanitary training. Wont be going back

Honestly, the fact that they have an area to sit and eat means that this Auntie Anne's beats out any other one I've ever seen! Besides that, it is what it is. Delicious pretzels at moderately high prices. Bring a coupon if you can.

Their worker Margaret was very rude. She sat at the tables doing her homework and huffed and puffed when she had to go up and work. She complained when having to give a customer quarters for a dollar. I will not be coming back because of her attitude
