My child asked for the menu havannah literally said “I give you a pat on the back and round of applause for being so brave to ask and for that I’m taking your order!” Beared with us to order for 6 people.. and then stayed on the clock after her relief got out there to finish taking our order and honestly she didn’t only make my day but my child couldn’t stop talking about how nice she was also. They do NOT get paid nearly enough for all they do and it doesn’t go unnoticed. We loved her & her kindness made our whole day! ❤️

It was busy but it moved quickly. Our order was accurate and delicious! All of the staff were friendly and were doing a great job, especially with the amount of customers. Great job Williamsport Chick-fil-A!

I think I can count on one hand the amount of times out of hundreds that my order was given to me correctly. I only come here because I have to spend my flex somewhere.

Well...even tho Google said it is open and that it was verified 3 weeks ago...THEY ARE CLOSED...for the Summer!!!!!
That would be helpful info updated online.
Before someone drives a good ways to get to one of the only location near us.

I can't even comment on the food because I can't find it! And google definitely doesn't take you there.

This location is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have visited. I only come here to use up flex money and get salad if they would actually make it right. Lately the salads have been so sad with less and less greens and they always forget the chicken. This is the 2nd time I have had to drive back to get the chicken that comes with the salad. Employees are usually nice but the kitchen needs to get it together. My order has been messed up numerous times by this location, including no whipped cream or cherry on a shake, no granola with the yogurt that comes with it, forgotten chicken and chicken nuggets, fries that aren't even the full fries - just a container of the crumbs at the bottom, and more. They're the only location this close, but I wouldn't recommend them at this point. So tired of not getting what I paid for.

Why would you put the chic-fill-a in the school, stupid

Only got half my order…. Twice.

Unfortunately this isn't a fullsized location and is in a college dining hall.

Very poor experience. Online it says they're open till 8:30. It's only 5:30 on a Friday night. I drive 40 mi to have Chick-fil-A to get here and they're not even open. Don't come to this place. It's inside of college. It don't say that online.

Chick-fil-A. Yummy. Quick service. Just order what you like at the kiosk. Service is efficient and speedy. I personally like the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich meal with the waffle fries and the Chick-fil-A sauce. The only downside is that this location is only open when the university is in session.
