I guess I’m glad I only took a total of maybe 5-7 bites from my burrito bowl earlier today. I’m 99% sure I have food poisoning right now from it. The chicken was either burnt to a crisp or literally gummy, as if I was chewing solely on fat. I bit into a half of a bay leaf as well, which killed my appetite entirely after the gummy piece of chicken fat. Aside from that, this was probably the first time in my life that I ate at Chipotle and it had relatively zero flavor. Will not be returning & wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Customer service was fine; they got my pickup order relatively soon after I walked in the door. I didn’t look around at the cleanliness so no comment there. I am, however, miserable right now. Good luck to everyone else.

Came through town while visiting the area and stopped in for lunch. Staff was friendly and food was good as expected. Got a few tacos with chicken and a side of chips - always good. The tables weren’t clean so they lose a star for that. I do like Chipotle and so still recommend.

I just ordered an online order with have steak and chicken and got IN TOTAL 4 chunks of meat. Not counting the scraps I wouldn’t even count as pieces. Terrible food especially for my first time ordering online. There should be no reason that at 6:30 you’re out of meat and five scraps for a half and half bowl. I paid 14 dollars for rice and guac.I went through the app to contact support and got no help. There is also a hair in my bowl. Which normally I’ll let that go but i’m annoyed I expected a refund for the bowl.The hair is at the top of the photo.

Online Order is never done on time, I literally had to wait 30 minutes for my online order (1 burrito bowl) while standing there watching them wait on multiple walk ins. This is not the first time & portions are terrible now. Sooo frustrating, I keep on giving them chances & it’s always is a let down.

I sent my son here lastnight to get dinner on his way home. He brought home 2 chicken bowls with only half of the ingredients that we ordered. No lettuce,No cheese, No sour cream & No chips. How can you change your customers Full price for something if their only getting half of the ingredients?? Very disappointing!

It was 7pm the place was not full. I was able to walk right up to order. The entire place was dirty. The counter where food was. The dinning room did not have one clean table and the floor was disgusting. Asked for hot sauce. When I have asked for hot sauce before they go to the back and get it. Today the man looked under the soda machine and just said ain’t got none. This is the first time ever I have left unhappy.
