I have no issues with the people who work at this specific chipotle, but constantly I have to deal with dry meat, wet rice, dirty work spaces, corn in the sour cream, chunks of cheese not shredded. The list goes on. Whoever is prepping the food does not care about their job and needs to look elsewhere

Delicious food. Not enough people working at any given time. It gets worse every time I go. Always given a hard time about pain white rice. Waiting in line 20 mins just to be told there was no rice and there won't be because the rice cooker was empty. Still haven't been contacted by anyone to make things right. It's almost like Chipotle doesn't care. It will be a shame when we lose our Chipotle in Indiana because of bad workers. It's one of the only places in the area I like to eat.

Let me preface this by stating that I've been to Chipotle's across the U.S. And frequent many on the East Coast in different states due to my line of work. This has been the only Chipotle I've visited that no matter when you go they are always out of something.
The staff is friendly, but the store looks like a bomb went off, and again always out of a protein, out of a rice, out of beans...matter of fact they're just always out of a critical burrito component which is ANY unavailable item when you run a burrito joint.
This isn't a one time issue. It's everytime we make the 30 minute drive there after working a 12 hour shift. Today will be the last time we make the same mistake of stopping here. Chipotle - you haven't lost a customer but this store definitely has...and a lot of respect.

I'm amazed at how busy it was, the line was long. All the tables was dirty and had food on them. Drink station was a mess, no napkins. The brown rice was okay, chicken had good flavor, black beans was nasty, queso cheese sauce was too spicy to enjoy, the white cheese on top was delicious though. I prefer tres amigos.

Ordered through the app for pick up. Waited over 40 minutes past the pickup time for our food while two employees were working on orders, and several others were standing around on their phones complaining about how busy it was. After we finally received our order, it was incorrect.

I haven't stopped at the Indiana, PA location in YEARS because it was always so DIRTY...well, today I did, to support a fundraiser and EW. The filthiest Chipotle I've ever seen! The bar where they make your food is disgusting- food and sauce everywhere...they were also out of like everything. All of the teas/drinks were empty ...food all over the dining room floor and tables. All of the garbage cans overflowing with garbage on the floor. There's no way this place would still be open it is wasn't for the college kids. This place is more dirty than a frat basement. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE. Corporate needs to step in and figure something out- this location is making the whole franchise look terrible.

Time after time over and over I gave this place a chance im out so much money in food. Every single time we order online here u get a sloppy mess half filled bowls no meat the order is almost always wrong. Random stuff Is always added it's terrible and by the time u get home or back to work from grabbing lunch who has time or feel like running back to have it fixed. Maybe we need to go back to 7 dollars an hr till fast food can get it together.
