This place has steadily gotten worse in terms of service the last 2 year. In the last 6 months I've had 4 online orders that were totally wrong. Today I waited 20minutes past the stated pickup time only to get someone else's order.

The place was packed when we got there. We didn't have to wait very long at all considering they were slammed. I think it was the dinner rush. The line went quick and the food was perfect. The staff was amazing & fast so kudos to them!

This location is a stain on the chipotle name I lived in Colorado for 20 years and this has been hands down the worst experience ever they need to change the name to salt with some extra salt I’ve been here four times now hoping for the taste I was used to but no matter the staff of time of day the food is just bad no quality control if you’re looking for high blood pressure this is the place for you if you’re looking for the fresh food you get in the Midwest run

They didn't have any forks in the dining area, but it was a busy time of day, and they all were running around getting things done. I happily ate my bowl with a spoon. Haven't eaten here in years. Still great!

All the chicken given to me was little bits and pieces that were burnt, I asked for a little more chicken and would’ve happily paid for it, when the employee started slamming things down and swearing in front of myself and other customers, as I know people who work in the food industry myself I am always kind and respectful, and should not have been yelled and swore at.
Good food quick service. Always in and out quickly.

This Chipotle location is always busy but the service is very quick! The employees at this location are amazing. They are always polite and respectful. We have ate her dine in and have ordered take out many times. My son is a student at IUP so he goes to this location a lot and when we go to visit we always stop by. One time, out of many, we ordered online and someone had taken our online order. When they realized what happened they immediately made our order and apologized. I was super excited to order here. There is not a chiptole near me. My food was ready fast, but maybe a little too fast. I had no utensils. If I had been going home it would not have been a big deal, but I had nothing to eat with. After I was able to eat my food, I thought it was good, but the rice was a little dry. Customer Service already resolved the issue. I hope if I go to this location in the future I am not disappointed.

Never again... the hole freaking restaurant the last trip to town was horrible. I worked fast food for 6 year's and I'm sorry... there is no excuse for any customers to clean the seating area. Every time I go to the Indiana location the dining area is diguesting. In general I feel that if the dinning area is disgusting so is the kitchen. Against my better judgment, because my child loves Chipotle, we go into this location again, order our food and go to sit done and yet again the dining area is disgusting. I had to wipe the table and seating area down before we could even sit down. Start to eat and the white rice was not cooked in all our meals. Talked to the manager and she shrugged it off that it must have been a bad batch. Opted for a refund and we won't be back. What a shame.
