Order 2 meals.. it all came in one box. Are you skimming on your paper? We had to to use napkins to eat it on...really???

We put in our order to stay. Even took a table where the worker could see us sitting down. So they say heres a 4 piece order to go i knew there were gonna be issues cause i ordered a 6 piece. So checking the bag other food was missing also. And no ice creams. The girl says we usually make them after you eat. I said thats a good idea but you made our order to go. Did you expect us to come back for our ice cream. I got such an attitude like they had to do extra work. And it was pleasent listening to unaudible noise thru the speakers while we ate. We will never go back. Theres to many better places to eat.

Slowest drive thru i have every been to. If there is more then one or two cars just leave. We're talking 5-10 minutes per car. If they are ordering food haha the wait goes up dramatically.

Found hair in blizzard in first but. When told the person behind the counter they asked " what do you want me to do about it?" Parking is difficult and the drive through is extremely slow.

Messed up order twice ..when ?ed abt it got an eye roll n attitude back ... . not enough employees workin and associate running register was new and no one was helping her with training only when asked ...

Parking: Only a handful of parking spaces available for establishment and not enough room between drive thru n the parking spaces they do have or to drive between them

In the past month we have went here twice. The first time they forgot our sundaes with are meals, and the second let me just show u the picture. I understand they have staffing issues and high turnover, but this is how u lose buisness. I love dairy queen but I don't appreciate the lack of care anylonger. Is this how a sundae should look.

Stopped in for a quick bite close to home. 4 cars in line if front of us, and it did take a while, but we ordered food so I get it. 7 buck meal deals were good and the ice cream is always on point.

The owner of this place has to be a dunce. It is real annoying when you have to repeat yourself because before you’re done talking, They’re asking you if that is everything, you repeat yourself multiple times and they still miss something. Whoever came up with the idea that cutting people off and asking if that is everything every two seconds is a complete idiot.
