So mad we bought $100 worth of food and get home to enjoy my wings and this is how they give them to me severely disappointed I would love for management to replace or credit my orders of wings I had bbq and hot wings and they both look pathetic barely any sauce it's ridiculous for the amount of money paid

Order was shown as delivered but had never arrived. Driver (Andrew) called beforehand asking where I wanted it dropped specifically and saying he'd be there in 5 minutes. I go outside after the order got marked as completed on the app and the order is nowhere. I called the store and the person answering the phone (Braiden) starts telling me in a rude way they still have the order at the store, while I can hear someone complaining about the possibility of having to actually deliver my order in the background. I asked why it showed it was delivered and even received a call beforehand but didn't get any delivery and was answered with a "Alright have a good day." I canceled my order.

I filled out the servey because one of my 3 pizzas was raw after it showed passed the estimated time. Didn't call or complain, intended just to throw it away. Got a call a few minutes later and fiance answered it. Guy asked if we wanted it remade or refunded. Had an attitude. I told him to let them know it was better to just refund it as it's getting late at this point. Fiance said refund, the guy said ok and literally hung up on him immediately. It's cool. There's other places to order in town if that's your attitude. I figured the survey let them know there was an issue without creating a stink. Turns out how dare we chose one of the options given to us.

Ordered delivery and they delivered it to the wrong address. The staff at the store could have cared less. I’m irritated that the staff are this incompetent, unprofessional, and unwilling to right their wrongs. Good help must be hard to find. I will not be patronizing this place from here on out.

I have ordered at several other Domino locations and have always been happy with the food. It has always had plenty of cheese. This location gives out way less cheese than any other location I have visited.
I just ordered 3 pizzas with NY style crust and got 3 pizzas with hand tossed crusts. I ordered extra cheese on one of them, and they put extra cheese on the wrong one. The other 2 barely had any cheese. I just ordered from Kittanning Dominos last week, and it was nothing like this.

Foods good , issue is the frustration of getting what you ask for. Dont BOTHER asking for SQUARE CUT cause you have a better chance of winning a scratch off lottery ticket then getting it. you cant even portion control have to eat too little A or over eat cause of the cut size of the triangle cut. My wife cant even get the right crust...... You call and hope they get it right next time but its the same thing, new people and training. Im not asking for anything just want i ordered how i ordered if you cant do it don't offer it.

Employees seemed annoyed and bored. Not friendly at all. NY Pizza was dry and overcooked, same with the cheesy bread. Food looked nothing like it did in the ads. Very disappointed. No more Dominos for my family.

Ordered the new pizza from Dominoes. Have ordered it before and the pizza was good. However this time it almost seemed as though they warmed up a pizza that was previously made and delivered it. The crust was dried out and the end crust was so hard it was petrified. Will think again before I order another pizza from this store.
