I have had many terrible experiences at this dunkin', but the interaction I just had takes the cake. I waited almost 45 minutes at the pickup window after placing a mobile order, almost 20 minutes with 0 interaction from any of the staff. I received my drink and was then asked what I ordered because “some of the receipts were lost”. I proceeded to tell them what I ordered and they said that they had no food, no doughnuts, nothing other than drinks. I bought a sandwich, two doughnuts, and hash browns. At this point, I just wanted a refund. They told me the only way they could refund me is with a card, which I didn’t have on me since I placed a mobile order. The staff stared at me dumbfounded and didn’t know what to say or do. I am very very disappointed with my experience and will not be returning to this location, and I would not advise anyone to go to this location.
I visited on Sunday July 28th around 1-2 pm. I had to order my coffee separate from my mobile order I was picking up because I didn't have enough money on my card I had to use for my mobile order to also order coffee. So I used cash to pay for said coffee. The counter clerk was incredibly sweet and hospitable. Very nice, fast and attentive. 10/10 service.

Dear Dunkin, Donuts
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the abhorrent service I received at your Dunkin’ Donuts location at 860 Locust St., Indiana, PA 15701 (Store #364806) on July 1, 2024, at 1:07 PM (Check #3530).
I ordered six of your new s’more doughnuts at the drive-thru. The employee did not inform me of the total cost or which window to go to. When I arrived at the first window, I was met with utter disregard and rudeness. The donuts were essentially thrown at me through the window, which was then promptly shut without any communication. Despite repeatedly tapping on the window to notify them that I had not yet paid, I was ignored.
When the manager finally opened the window, she rudely asked, “What do you want?” without giving me a chance to explain. When I attempted to clarify that I had already received the donuts but needed to pay, she interrupted me, yelling that my order was coming, despite the fact that I already had it. This aggressive and disrespectful behavior was appalling.
As I paid, the manager shoved the card reader out so forcefully that it repeatedly hit my phone. Upon leaving the drive-thru, I discovered that my order was incorrect. Frustrated but determined to rectify the situation, I returned to the store only to find the manager and another employee laughing as I approached. The manager again addressed me with a condescending attitude, asking, “What do you need?” When I informed her that my order was wrong, she dismissively told me to keep the incorrect order and finally provided the correct donuts.
This entire experience left me feeling humiliated and sick to my stomach. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect I encountered is completely unacceptable. I was merely trying to be an honest customer and pay for my order, yet I was treated with utter contempt.
I demand an immediate apology from the staff involved, especially the manager, for their unprofessional and appalling behavior. Additionally, I would like to know what steps will be taken to ensure that no other customer has to endure such an experience at your establishment.
I have always enjoyed Dunkin’ Donuts, but this experience has severely tarnished my perception of your brand. I will be sharing this incident with others and on social media until I receive a satisfactory resolution.

I did a preorder of a dozen donuts, about 20 hours before. (I wanted to give them enough time to get them ready/made). When I got there they said they couldn’t fulfill my order. What’s the point of a preorder if you don't have the items? Why was I able to pay for it if u don’t have it? I recommend just going to a different Dunkin, because they might actually have what u payed for.

It isn't unreasonable to expect someone who's at least coherent and articulate through the drive-thru. Let alone courteous. What I experienced this Mother's Day 5/12/2024 was nothing short of absolute POOR customer service. Won't be going back.

The drive-through makes absolutely makes no sense and is not safe. They have pick up orders crossing over the regular line and people are not looking enough to be having it that way. Not safe

This is the only Dunkin I’ve been to that had nothing I asked for I would recommend the other one it may be farther out but they are most likely to have what you want to order
