There seems to never be anyone working and when there is they either make the drinks wrong or make you wait 20+ mins for one drink. I mean you can’t expect much from a chain but by far the worst dunkin location

Almost every time i go here something about my order gets messed up whether its the food being made wrong, food being burnt, coffee messed up etc I really hope that they start managing this place better

They almost NEVER get my order right and I was going here almost everyday for about a year as I live in the neighborhood. I have complained, been called by a manager and gotten a free drink. My main issue with it, is when you inform them they didn’t give you your food, didn’t give you your cold foam, your extra espresso, all of these things that they charge extra for, you are meant with irritability as if you’re inconveniencing them. Last time that they forgot my cold foam on my iced latte for the umpteenth time, I was told by the person working that, ‘well it’s weird to get cold foam on an iced latte, that’s why I didn’t do it’…excuse me? I ordered a large iced matcha today and they left 1/4th filled to the top. I guess I got a medium for the price of a large. I’m done. Don’t go to this location, the other one doesn’t have any of these issues. I feel the entire set up (mobile order line vs regular) is a fail that they have refuse to
address. I don’t know if it’s the franchise owner or what, but no idea how they stay in business.

Went to get coffee and a sandwhich I asked for a bacon egg cheese was told they dont have English muffins which the sandwhich is a bagel I proceeded to tell the drive through clerk that and then was told all we have is English muffins. I then asked for 2 glazed donuts he said ignorantly if I had them. I mumbled under my breath and was told to leave. The employee was apparently upset about something and was taking it out on customers.

Consistently, this location gets our drive thru and mobile orders wrong. Items in the bag are not what is printed on the recipient, drinks received without the ordered foam, forgotten Dunkin' Donuts. Occasionally it is only after I've been given the wrong item that I learn they are out of what I ordered, and given the opportunity to exchange it. I suppose two breakfasts is a fair trade for the inconvenience.

They rarely have donuts and this is a Dunkin’ Donuts.

Honestly I believe it’s the franchise owner. They’re both pretty poorly run overall and the guy doesn’t keep any donuts in stock by mid-day. This Locust street location is worse than the Oakland but they’re both mismanaged and the past manager has said it’s the owner. The owner won’t let them stock properly, and is cheap.

Owner seems to misunderstand that he is running a Dunkin’ Donuts. Until more complaints happen to the corp franchise itself little is likely to change. Hopefully he sells them to someone else. I’m thinking of opening another franchise nearby and based on the reviews, he’ll get out of dodge. Can we hope?

I go here quite a bit because it’s on my way and one out of two stops my order is wrong. The kids at the register are usually nice and pleasant though.

they should just close and leave the customers for the Oakland Ave location. i go in, hot chocolate ready, all drinks are there for orders, no bags in sight for food orders, mine included. the wait inside it out the door, cars wrapping the drive thru. a young teen employee came up and asked me and my friend what we were waiting for, our food. she asked what i had, mentioned it, she leaves and comes back, saying there’s no plain bagged and ONLY had one other option to choose from, picture below. pissed from there, i just want my money back. i also am waiting for my donuts, she asked what i had and i told her, she commented how that’s all they had anyways so i would’ve had to get that assortment even if it wasn’t what i ordered.
it was so dirty, i worked in fast food before but a 5 second wipe on the counters doesnt take long or much effort at all. just so disappointed and they should’ve updated their damn app because i wouldn’t have even wasted the money on that location, and gone 3 minutes away to the other one.
