Im starting to hate this location. 3 times in one week I've ordered, hoping that maybe one time they'll get an order right. Three times, and not one order that wasn't wrong. You already have to wait long just to get your order and then even longer for them to fix the order. First time, they gave me someone else's sandwhich, messed up my drink, and almost forgot my donuts. Second time, they messed up my drink and they were out of the bagel and croissant for the sandwich I was wanting. Third time my bagel was wrong, snack bacon wasn't even warm, didn't even attempt to get a drink this time. Then when you tell them something is wrong, they act like you're the inconvenience. When in fact, now I'm wasting more time trying to get what I ordered in the first place. Definitely have soo much better luck at the blairsville location. Indiana is just unfortunately closer.

I was just there to get a caramel crème dozen coffee. There was no whip cream, no cinnamon topping, or the caramel drizzle. And they pushed it out the window with attitude and don’t give me a chance to tell them that it’s wrong.

Every time I come here to order an iced coffee, it’s is made mostly of cream. It’s disgusting. I’ve been coming here for years because it’s cheaper than Starbucks and it’s always the same issue. But if I ask them to fix the coffee, they make it too strong. I got the brown sugar shaken expresso twice when it first came out. It was made perfectly. It was so good, better than Starbucks. I think the manager was working then. There was great service and the coffee was great. But today I went at the same time, 7:50am. There were tons of workers, they were impatient, and ruined my coffee.

Had a co worker pick me up a large hot lava cake signature latte and 2 donuts on 1-31-25, my latte wasn't even luke warm. Then tried to call them and they wouldn't even answer the c phone!! What if I was a customer that had a big order, they would have missed out. Very unprofessional.

First of all they're super slow and the coffee is good but here's the problem that I have... What the actual hell is up with the "Loaded hash browns" $4 that only gives you 9 little hash browns with bacon. I understand if they was big hash browns for $4 but they're not.
Coffee good for the money, Donuts good for the money but definitely not 9 little hash browns in a small bowl that could have filled with more. Make the hash browns bigger or put more little hash browns in the bowl.

Dunkin is my new go to place, I stop every morning before work to get a caramel craze latte!(Or to try a new signature flavor)It's like happiness in a cup! The staff are all super nice and helpful especially when I can't make my mind up and want to try something new. Or when I brought my daughter in and found out the vanilla base contained dairy they were quick to share that and found a drink perfect for her! 1000/10 (:
