I believe they’ve done a very bad job at hiring. They have consistently been extraordinarily slow even when i’ve ordered 10 min in advance. I’ve had to come in the next day to complain since i waited an hour for my drink that i wasn’t even able to get since i had a meeting. I have been extremely unhappy with the service here and it could be done better.

Used to love dunkin, been there 4 times in the last month and a half. And each time they have failed to deliver on good coffee or the right order. We ask for oatmilk and they charge us for it then give us just coffee... it's unacceptable. I won't be going back... I'd rather go to Starbucks, but I won't go there either.

Half the time we stop here the counter is closed and you have to either order from the app or the machine in the building. We prefer a personalized encounter at the counter. Coffee is decent but not gourmet...

Do not come here if you are in a hurry. They leave each person sit at the speaker for upwards of 5 minutes each. It takes 10-20 minutes just to make it to the speaker, then you wait there for another 5 before even getting to order.

Great store!! Donuts are fresh and they usually have a good selection in morning to early afternoon. Iced coffees are good but too sweet for me! Get less syrup if you like it not too sweet, vegan milk options too! Love the boston creme! Yum Only two donuts to show because we ate the other 4!!!! YUM!!
