Ordered a bacon chicken rancher pizza on Aug 31st at 5pm, when I arrived home I realized there was no bacon on my pizza & instead had tomatoes. I called the store, hoping to just have the correct pizza remade, and offered to pick up the remade pizza. I spoke with Chase, who was the only staff working and the time, and refused to remake my pizza. Instead, he informed me that I would have to wait until Barb (management) was working so I could receive a refund for the incorrect order. (Really, I think he just did not care to remake my pizza. When I picked up the initial order, the Open sign was not even turned on & Chase was chatting with a few friends instead of working... very professional).
Finally, today (five days later) I spoke with a gentleman (sorry, don't know your name or I would give you a shoutout) who was extremely kind and understanding, and offered me a store credit. He listened to my concerns and made things right when nobody else would. I would give him five stars if I could.
Overall, don't expect the correct order if Chase is working, and if you're trying to get in contact with Barb good luck.

If you want your pizza to be incorrect, most definitely come here. They will not make it right and when you call for three days, trying to just get it simply remade. They Will talk in circles, and never get back to you for a solution. I understand that people have off days, but when you ask for something not to be on the pizza or anywhere close to the pizza when you’re allergic to it and they make it with that item it’s kinda annoying.

So… they don’t close until 9pm & any time I call after 7:45pm to order a pick up order or place an online order, nobody answers the phone nor can you order online. So disappointing! That is no way to run a business & it is very rude. It’s sad that a lot of times I have to order from Homer City Fox’s which is like 15-20 minutes from me because the Fox’s 5 minutes from me in Indiana won’t answer their phone/take online orders after a certain time & my family really enjoy’s their pizza but I’m about to stop giving my business since they want to be disrespectful to paying customers

Lesson learned, don’t spend almost $20 on “a whole pound” of bone less wings, only to be given this. When taken back into the restaurant, we were told “that is for sure a whole pound we measured it”. Well, sure if you measure with the whole box, and not just the wings themselves… then we were told we couldn’t get a refund for them right now until the manager gets back and he’s out doing a delivery right now.. absolutely ridiculous to spend $20 on wings, and there’s only like 6 boneless wings in the box

The food is about as good as every other foxes Pizza. They could put more pizza sauce on the pizzas but they do have the best Big Daddy pizza deal in town in my opinion. They are priced fairly and very good with delivery.
Parking: Paid parking along Philadelphia Street.
Kid-friendliness: You can dine in and the to atmosphere is very family oriented.

So I’ve eaten in a few times since they’ve hired some new workers it’s gone down hill they don’t like you eating there but there’s no phone number now and online orders are off. I’m confused is this a tax shelter or business.
