I ordered food on Wednesday feb 7th paid with an American express card. Had zero complaints pizza was excellent. But tonight i ordered the champ supreme pizza and when i got the pizza this time it wasnt even close to the same size pizza i ordered last time. My last one was sqare shaped this pizza was round and much smaller but the reciept still charged me for a champ pizza. I called spoked to a female manager who claimed she couldnt locate my privious order with my phone number or my credit card number. Issue wasnt resolved i gave up no point in trying to argue with a manager who wouldnt hear u out . Kept asking if i was sure it was the philly street location kept asking if my phone number was correct when its the only number i have. Just very poor customer service from a manager and a customer whos pizza was not correct. The pizza was good dont get me wrong but was not a champ . Ive bought plenty of champs i know how they come and thats the reason i keep buying them

Surprisedly good.. I have eaten fox's pizza before in other areas and other states and I have normally not been a fan. However, the flavor was good at this particular place. The sauce and crust were very good and the pizza was hot. Good job

Really unprofessional. Order was nearly $100, arrived over 2 HOURS later, food had foil all through it (driver was nice). Called SEVERAL times, speaking to a rude woman identifying herself as the assistant manager, saying the manager would call...never did. This is after giving them a 2nd chance from a dine in experience...staff's children threw dough balls all over the floor and at us. Staff came out shouting and swearing at them. Never tried to make anything right and chose to completely avoid us.

Recently order from here for the first time and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve had pizza from other places in Indiana and they definitely weren’t bad but they were not this good. It’s cheesy and the crust is plump and good. The wings are great and they don’t skimp you on sauce like other people. Only downside is you have to call in for a delivery but other than that 10/10. Definitely my new go to.

I purchased a Big Daddy one of my favorites. They got my name wrong on the order. The cut of the pizza was horrible. Some pieces were literally almost nothing but crust and some were so big it was like having 2 and a 1/2 pieces. I have pictures but it's not letting me upload them.
Fox's Pizza Den in Indiana was about an hour late for delivery tonight and it took almost 2 hours to get my food. I went and picked it up to “make it quicker”, after calling to check on the order when it was about 15 mins late. The kid told me it’d be another 10-15 mins. When I got there the kid that told me to come in, because “it’d be quicker”, didn’t even know that I was the one that called, and was just putting my 3 items in, raw.I haven’t ordered out lately because it’s too expensive and this hit me up for $50, with tip.I didn’t think twice about it because we need food and we all needed to eat as we hadn’t all day. My girlfriend missed dinner with me and the kids all together and I still paid full price. They should have paid me for the drive and hassle!Not sure that this is an employee issue. There was one kid there with 10 checks hanging.I definitely would have opted for cheaper and quicker elsewhere had I known how bad this experience would be! Think a few times before ordering from here! Check the other 1 stars!!!

Was told that food would be done in 30 minutes go to pick up food and person at the counter tells me they need to remake part of our order while our other part sits on top of the oven for 20+ minutes finally receive our order and we are missing an item

Fox's is a family favorite at our house. Thankful they deliver outside of the normal "in town" deliveries. We usually order the Big Daddy on weekends we have too much going on to cook. Cheesy breadsticks are super good too! Delivery time is as expected, esp. since we live outside of town. We have never had a bad experience or a bad pizza from Fox's. Always delivered to us "right out of the oven." (We've never gotten a cold pizza)
