I ordered a box of 12 and told her to mix them up, then my daughter ordered a brownie with ice cream on it and she looked at me and rolled her eyes and said “Do you still want the cookies”. Yes I want the cookies that’s why we ordered them. Lol after everything she said while speaking to you she rolled her eyes like it was an issue to be in the establishment ordering. She then handed me a box of 6 and we called it a day! This girl obviously doesn’t listen and hates her job. It really was not a difficult order. Everything was good except the customer service. One more thing they serve an ice cream brownie inside of a cardboard box. This is stupid ice cream melts and should be in a bowl.It melted in minutes:(

The vegan chocolate chunk cookie was different tasting, but delicious. Very soft and warm and melty. The chocolate ice cream wasn't very chocolaty, but creamy and tasty. Considering it's fresh, homemade, and local it's worth the price.

Cookies were delicious, but cashier was glaring bullets into me and sounded like she didn’t even want to be there in the first place, which pressured me to order quickly. I ended up stressed and angry about the ordeal.

The people working seemed a bit flustered, not super sure why we visited later in the evening and it wasn't busy. The cookies we were able to get were good, many were not available because they weren't ready and wouldn't be for a while.

What is the point of delivery if you refuse to deliver? Place an order, but told us you have to contact door dash? We didn't order through door dash... we ordered from the website. You have your own delivery driver. Then we're told that the address is out of range basically. I live 5-7 mins away from the store, and I've had deliveries here before. So either someone doesn't want to do their job, or.... what? Absolutely ridiculous.
