How hard is it to not give attitude when you answer the phone? And do all your employees answer the business phone with “yeah?” Embarrassing and overpriced. How hard is it to make a sub right?

Tried Jersey Mike's today for the first time since my daughter is always raving about them. Ordered the large Mike's cheese steak. Unfortunately for the over $17 I paid for this I was given a bread-which with a little bit of meat. To say I was disappointed is an understatement since I was so excited to try their sandwiches. While the sandwich itself is very tasty, I expected a bit more meat. Wish I could post the picture I took of it.

I got a philly cheesesteak with provolone (it would have come with american cheese had I let them decide) it wasn't very good....no french fries only a small bag of chips....the cost to enjoyment level was not good

Terrible customer service 8/10/25. Day shift. Only one of the crew seemed friendly. The others were unprofessional and appeared as if they didn’t like their jobs. What a shame. Perhaps that’s why there were coupons in the mail this past week. Remember the old days of customer service?

One lady walked away when I was trying to tell her how I wanted my sub. SHE WAS SO RUDE! The other young lady finished our order and was very nice. Stopped in this Town as we are making our way back to NC. Stay away from this Town.

I went there to grab lunch with my dad and uncle and they was rude and got mad bc my dad didn’t ask them to put anything on his sub and they didn’t ask him if he wanted anything on it and futher more I don’t wanna go there ever again and If I was you I would save ur money
