The staff is super friendly, and try their best to keep us busy and entertained during the wait; which really doesn’t feel like all that long!

“This place is amazing! They took a request from me to make a cake I had years ago from a closed down bakery. Strawberry Pretzel Tort Cake. They knocked it out of the park! We all melted over it. The moist cake, fresh Strawberries and homemade icing stuffed with candied pretzels. Soooo Good! They also catered our luncheon with their fabulous Chicken Alfredo and salad with homemade bread! Who doesn't like bread right? Their prices are perfect for these hand made and home cooked meals. We will always choose Brush Valley Bistro!! Catering done right! Customer service is out of this world!! So is the cake!“
