The pieces of chicken were so small. They gave me coleslaw instead of mashed potatoes and I hate coleslaw. And my mac n cheese had a piece of plastic in it. Will never be eating at this location again.

Will never go back here to this location the food was horrible got 2 famous bowls and some biscuits it taste like dish water the chicken was like chicken nuggets or something but wasn’t popcorn chicken and literally only had 5 pieces in it.

We ordered a 12 pc meal.we.didn't get all 6 bisquits..chicken was extremely dry(we still have half a bucket left)..but everything else was real good. I called and spoke to mgr..they would not give a new batch of chicken or refund( not nice attitude). We were all very dissapointed..esp for the $37 for order..$(43) with delivery. We will not be ordering from there again..

No dine in. Takes forever to get someone to take my order. When took my order they forget I ordered and made me wait 45 min for a pasta bake. Clean your restrooms. Mens restroom had no paper towels or soap. The toilet paper roll in the holder was soaked in what looked like urine. DONT GO HERE. JUST DONT

Got 1" frys that were hard. No dipping sauce even though specifically asked for, then employees hid nobody at counter
Service was not the greatest, half the seating is blocked off. Got a chicken breast, needed cooked a little longer, kinda gooey. Biscuits were rock hard.

Every time I go to Kentucky Fried Chicken I get screwed! I live 7 miles away. This one is located in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Today when I came home home they didn't put the biscuits in my order! Number one I had to wait 6 minutes for them to cook more chicken. . You would think that that would be enough time to make sure everything was in my order. I called and talked to the manager. I wanted them to bring my biscuits to my home. I was told, we don't deliver to our area. But it's okay for me make a trip just to get something from your establishment!I was the only one in line. And they weren't busy inside. Oh, they are sending me a coupon for biscuits. That sure as hell doesn't help me today does it? Grrrr

Worst customer service. Messed up an order, charged for the item, offered only a coupon to remedy the situation, didn’t apologize. Truly unprofessional. Go to Popeyes, better chicken anyway.

Asked to talk to a manager because I got charged $11.00 for a side of mashed potatoes and 2 biscuits is all I wanted and somehow she got 3 strip chicken, mashed potatoes and 2 biscuits.... I had my husband call back and she said that she read the order back to me which she did NOT! she rushed off the phone and kept saying anything else after I said one thing and rushing me. She continued to say I read the order back to you which she didn't and she said the total was $25+ change which okay wasn't thinking I was like that is alot for side of mashed potatoes, 2 biscuits and 2 popcorn chicken. And now she wants me to waste my gas to bring the food back and going to refund me for the chicken and charge me again for the mashed potatoes and the 2 biscuits.... Btw this was a MANAGER being ignorant. Welcome to Indiana, Pennsylvania I know for a fact I'll never be ordering from here again not to mention this is my first ever order ??♀️??♀️
