I come to this McDonalds very often - multiple times per week. I just want to say that their food is typically excellent. Cooked RIGHT and tastes good. (the only exception is bacon, often undercooked and not crispy, but that's a nitpick and seems to be common for fast food restaurants) This particular McDonalds at 1510 Oakland Ave is light-years better than the McDonalds on Wayne Ave!!! (they don't know how to cook anything right at that place) Seriously, this Oakland Ave location should give cooking lessons to the Wayne Ave McDonalds!! I'm not joking.
Anyway, kudos to the McDonalds crew here, they do a great job.

I ordered 4 mcdoubles, a medium coke, and a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal. When I got to the window I was handed a small coke in which I asked if that was now the size of the medium. The girl grabbed the cup from me and rudely said no then handed me a medium cup that wasn't even filled up. It literally looked like she dumped what was in the small cup into the medium cup and called it a day. She then shoved my food out the window to me and closed it. No have a nice evening or sorry for the mix up, nothing. I then get home and give the happy meal to my six year old who looks for her toy first and they didn't even put one in there. This is not the first time I've had issues with this McDonald's. It seems like every time I go there the staff is rude or my order is incorrect.

I go to this mcdonald's a lot, but today i went to eat dinner there with my significant other and i got 2 cups of mac sauce for our nuggets. while we were waiting for our food the manager and a worker were complaining about us ordering cups of mac sauce. they were complaining about it right in front of us

Got an iced sugar-free coffee with some chocolate drizzle. Some girl in the back, thinking I can't hear I guess, makes some snarky comments about it being "diabeetus in a cup." For a sugar-free drink.

Location is clean and kept up well. has a ordering station, an actual cashier, online ordering/pickup, a lobby with plenty of seating as well as a drive-thru.

Ordered cheeseburger only ketchup- came with no cheese. Fries were not even warm, nor were they salted. Frappee machine torn down by 1043pm. I'll pay a little more and go to Wayne Ave location next time where I get fresh fries after 1030pm
