I'd give the service a 0. I don't care that something is the "systems fault" my money was taken out of my bank account therefore, I want my food or a refund immediately not "a few hours or maybe a day" later. Both locations in Indiana Pa are atrocious. I've worked a few fast food jobs myself and it's not that difficult to just satisfy a customer, that quite literally is your job.

I ordered a sausage mcgriddle on Doordash, and they even wrote on the receipt "sausage mcgriddle". I received a burnt sausage McMuffin with cheese. Basic reading comprehension skills doesn't seem to be an employment requirement here.

Was dirty and it wasn’t even busy that someone couldn’t go clean. We moved to 4 different tables and had to still use baby wipes and hand sanitizer to clean our table. Will not be returning to that location, it use to be our favorite one.

This McDonald's is actually my favorite in Indiana. Has the best service overall.However, the McDonald's ranch taste terrible. I think HQ needs to update the recipe to make it more delicious.Parking: There was plenty of parking. However, on the entrance side for the drive through, the drive through area makes the parking lot highly crowded. When me and my family left, we had to backup onto the main road as there was no room.
