Although the pizza is very good, the wait times when ordering on line are a problem.. Last pizza seemed undercooked. I'm afraid the Indiana Pizza Hut is going to go out of business and is under staffed.

Went to order a to go in person a couple days ago... they LOCK the dining room main door after 5! You can only place delivery or pick up ahead of time :/ another customer lost that evening YUM! Foods

Every time i order pizza from this pizza hut i am so disappointed for several reasons.The pizzas are also sloppily made. Tonight we order two big new yorkers and they were so grease soaked the crusts fell apart and the grease was running out of the corners of the box. Thankfully i took my older car to pick up the pizzas because the grease ran all over my car seats.Also pick up at this location is never convenient anymore. Ever since covid they make everyone go through the drive thru and wait for everyone ordering.This has been my typical vists the last few years and after tonight i have no plans of going back.

this store is run like a fast food place. no waiters paper plates no silverware or shakers on the table. what a total disappointment my family will go elsewhere

Time to reopen the buffet. Some people aren't afraid anymore. Used to eat here a lot with the buffet. Gave it sometime and came by. Still no buffet.
Their delivery driver named Noah Gainer rang my doorbell which was broken and then just dropped my pizza on my porch. Apparently it didnt occur to him that he could knock on the door. Apparently it also didnt occur to him that people dont want to eat food that was set down on a dirty porch. It is sad that one bad employee can ruin your reputation and lose you a repeat customer.

The wings were really small with a horrible flavor and cold. There was a long blonde hair on the pizza and it was 30 mins late.

A terrible experience. They stole from me and scammed me. I originally made an order. When the pizza guy arrived he had the wrong order, he had the wrong name, then he told me that I had to pay in cash. I was confused because I already paid online. I had to use his phone to call his manager to see what happened with my order and the manager said that they couldn't track my payment in the system, so I cancelled it over the phone. The next day I called to get a refund. I still haven't gotten my refund. I called my bank a thousand times and they have no idea what happened to my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

I've ordered from this location several times (for delivery) I called tonight, was told 30 min delivery...45 mins later and I went downstairs because no one had rung my doorbell (which is what they always do) found a cold pizza on my porch. I called and was told they could bring me another 1 in 45 minutes OR there's reheating instructions on the box. Almost $30 to reheat it myself or wait another 45 minutes! Ridiculous and not once did they apologize

Pizza was picked up in time . Ordered the 20$ box The pizza and bread sticks were cold and tough. The bread sticks were not kind ordered. The wings were hot spice ( not ordered ) and burnt. The pizza was mostly crust with the sauce and toppings far from the edge. When the price was told me I asked why it wasn’t what was advertised. Answer was that price was only for regular pizza Huts but they are KFC too. Why would that make a difference?? Was very disappointed.
