First time coming here, and we was hungry for mashed potatoes and crispy chicken. Almost $10 for 2 piece chicken meal. 3 piece was more, it said it came with a breast, but we got a thigh. The lady just said it was either or. The tea tasted weird, the Cajun gravy mashed potatoes was awful and very lumpy. The Mac was okay. The chicken was good and crispy at least. Won't come here again, nasty food and expensive little portions. Bring back long John silvers!

Absolute joke of a restaurant. They cant make the food right (pictured sandwich comes with bacon and cheese IN THE NAME as well as pickles I believe). And we sat AT the drive through pickup window waiting until 6:15 to get the food they clearly either had sitting around or didn't bother to make when the order came in. No one in front of us, just our car chilling at the pickup window. Absolutely pathetic.

Never had any issues with my orders being messed up or anything. Workers are unfamiliar with English but good people. Not the best Popeyes, not the worst, definitely needs some work or this location will be shutting down before 2026.
I got take out yesterday, 11/11 around 5:30 and it was absolutely horrible. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender, mashed potatoes and a large unsweet tea. The chicken was so old and dry, it was disgusting. The tea had hardly any ice and it tasted about a week old. No dinner for me and $13.45 down the drain. I should have known something was up when the place was totally empty at dinnertime. Lesson learned🤢

The management here needs to be disciplined or retrained or changed....this is a small Popeyes...and I have been to Popeyes all over NY, some better than others ..but, the chicken is always fresh, the biscuits moist, and the sides fresh. And the place cleaned...and these are much bigger and busier locations than this one.
This comes down to bad and lazy management. It is the boss's job to make sure the workers are given directives and adhered to those directives, not the employee to do the managers job and set the example...
The chicken was okay, but a little dry...but it was okay...not bad. The biscuit was dry, meaning old. The side was also not entirely fresh, and the sauce was spicy...but not bad.
The place was small, but a mess. Who cleans? Who is instructed to clean? It takes maybe five minutes to set chairs in place. Chairs were all over the place, and there was still crumbs and muck on one of the tables. No way would I ever eat here....
Like I said, I came in randomly. Also, place is dead. Not busy at all...only two people in drive through. Once again, where is the manager? Is there a manager?
This place is poorly kept, and there is plenty of competition from other local fast foods joints kept in much better shape. Someone in corporate needs to get this place in order asap.
I do not like to give bad reviews...but when I pay 12 dollars for chicken in an open box (the box was not even securely closed)...dry biscuit, and sub par mashed potatoes ..that to me says terrible management...

I've stopped several times in the last couple of months at the drive thru. Each time was around Noon. Each time I'm told I'd have to wait 10-15 .minutes for chicken to be cooked. Today I didn't have time to wait. How does a "fast food" place not have food at least be close to ready during what should be peak serving times? The times I did wait, the wait was longer than 15 minutes. Today, I left. Just because it's Sunday doesn't mean people don't have somewhere to be. Only reason I go back and it's 2 stars Instead of 1 is the food is good, when I get it.
