Get some people that know how to work your mobile app or cash register. I went maybe 10 minutes ago for a drink and was given my drink but then told to hand it back when she didnt know how to use the app for my free drink purchase. All she had to do was scan it, I asked for a manager and she couldn't help get one or even bother to call. Horrible customer service.

So,I got 6 boneless wings and they came in a box that made me think they were going to be pretty big and they were really small and kinda had an after taste of cardboard I got them tossed in honey barbecue.The biscuits are still good with honey though!

Was delivering for doordash when the barely-able cashier told me it would be a 5 minute wait for the boneless chicken. After 8 minutes I asked about the chicken, turns out, they never put the chicken in. Made me wait another 8 minutes until I got the food (in a sealed bag) After i delivered the food, the customer sent a message saying their chicken was not sauced and their biscuits were missing. This popeyes scammed this innocent man of about $15 worth of biscuits and sauce, HORRIBLE RESTAURANT, HORRIBLE SERVICE

The worker working on July 23rd at about 9:30pm was very kind and efficient. He fulfilled our order quickly and accurately! The only thing I take a star off for is because it is more expensive than other places, so I don’t choose to go here as often. Other than that, I am happy with the service and food!

mac and cheese , ghost pepper sandwich are absolutely amazing. They were so tasty. Felt the restaurant is clean to dine in.
First time coming here, and we was hungry for mashed potatoes and crispy chicken. Almost $10 for 2 piece chicken meal. 3 piece was more, it said it came with a breast, but we got a thigh. The lady just said it was either or. The tea tasted weird, the Cajun gravy mashed potatoes was awful and very lumpy. The Mac was okay. The chicken was good and crispy at least. Won't come here again, nasty food and expensive little portions. Bring back long John silvers!

Absolute joke of a restaurant. They cant make the food right (pictured sandwich comes with bacon and cheese IN THE NAME as well as pickles I believe). And we sat AT the drive through pickup window waiting until 6:15 to get the food they clearly either had sitting around or didn't bother to make when the order came in. No one in front of us, just our car chilling at the pickup window. Absolutely pathetic.

Never had any issues with my orders being messed up or anything. Workers are unfamiliar with English but good people. Not the best Popeyes, not the worst, definitely needs some work or this location will be shutting down before 2026.

I got take out yesterday, 11/11 around 5:30 and it was absolutely horrible. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender, mashed potatoes and a large unsweet tea. The chicken was so old and dry, it was disgusting. The tea had hardly any ice and it tasted about a week old. No dinner for me and $13.45 down the drain. I should have known something was up when the place was totally empty at dinnertime. Lesson learned🤢
