6 of us. Everyone eating but me. Whatbwas supposed to be My crispy chicken salad came out when everyone else was almost done eating..the waitress had my order right but my crispy chicken was grilled when I finally got it.

Have been there twice since they have opened, which both times I dined in and the service was decent and I enjoyed the food. I love their chicken salad and had wanted one tonight and figured i’d order on the app for pick up. Well the app wasn’t working so I had called in to place an order. The phone rang over 10 times before someone answered the phone and I asked if I could place an order for pick up. The lady on the phone asks me to hang on a second, which is not a problem for me. I sat on hold for 6 minutes so I hung up. So I then went and was reading reviews and noticed the same thing has happened to someone else except they called back multiple times with no luck. I’m very disappointed as they are still a newer location. There is no reason for customers to be left on hold and then ignored for wanting to place an order.

Had loaded fries (they had several toppings to choose from) and boneless wings (many sauces offered). Bone-in wings were offered also.

Do NOT get the wings....but most everything else is pretty good. The burgers and sandwiches are good. They are not a wing place, obviously. But they do well with what they are known for. The beer is cold and good and if you like sports you can watch it from anywhere

When for the first time and I will never go back. When I first arrived the place was dead, took about 5 minutes to get seated. The place was filthy, food and crumbs all over the floor. They first give us the wrong food, then gives us cold wings, took forever to get refills on our drinks and they didn’t bring our appetizers out first. Served it with our main food???? Very disgusted with how everything went. Will never go back.

I'm not sure where to start. The place was filthy. Staff standing around doing nothing. The food quality was terrible. I saw one employee eating then touching patrons food without washing their hands.... I guess health codes don't apply in this restaurant. I would have been better off taking my $47 and throwing it in the garbage. I am very happy that neither My wife or myself ended up seriously ill from the food! I will not be back!

Despite waiting over 30 minutes to place food order, bartender prioritized other customers who arrived much later then us and displayed attitude when we finally flagged her down to just get our checks, ensuring we won't be returning to this location.

Service started out great after the grand opening. Slowly going down hill. One very bad experience several weeks ago. Cooled us off from going as much. I hope the service will improve again. Time will tell.

Vegetarian options: Well, it's an Italian restaurant, so you naturally have pasta, salad and cheese pizza.

Kid-friendliness: Early in the day is fine for children. Anytime after dinner, watch the bar crowd.

Been at Indiana pirmanti's At least 10 times. Tried cause the are newer, all 10 times there was a mistake with drink or food order. Saturday shows happy hour from 5-9 on line. When you get there, charge full price. Management won't address what's on there on line advertising. Employee just says it's not there problem. Employees not friendly
