This place is more about Romeos convenience than the customers. It’s a pain to phone in an order, as they would prefer you use their App. We ordered for 8 people and it turned out being a mystery dinner, as there were errors. Their prices are pretty steep, as well. There are better choices than Romeos.

Called order in of 10 wings(butter garlic) and small pizza, ask person on phone if wings were whole she answered yes they are. Turns out they are Not! Worst wings i have ever eaten, skinny, little, dried out wings. NEVER ordering them again!
Pizza wasn't bad though.

This is an excellent establishment period in a large variety of foods to choose from! Everything is very tasty! The services impeccable. What's Stephanie coincides with the atmosphere. Show me the chance to visit in enjoy!

After two bites of my food, I noticed a black beetle moving in my salad. I very excitedly ordered the caesar salad with calamari because it sounded really appetizing and this obviously let me down. I had to kill the live beetle that was in my salad and spit out what I was chewing. I try really hard to be nice about food service but I found tonight’s experience to be very unacceptable. I was sitting next to a family full of kids and parents and didn’t want to cause a scene and make things hard on my waitress who was extremely nice so I very quietly showed her. She was very nice about it and alerted kitchen staff. She handled it very well. What I don’t like is that no manager nor cook came out to address the fact that I had been served a live beetle and they instead made the server deal with it fully herself when she clearly didn’t make the salad. I tipped her for her kindness but I’m going to be extremely real when I state that having live bugs in food product is extremely unacceptable and unsanitary for any restaurant and I disagree with the decision to not have anyone who was actually responsible for that dish making it to my table speak with me. I heard someone in the kitchen yell “you missed a BUG.” and honestly I just really don’t feel comfortable eating here again.

Awesome food!

Sophia was very nice and checked on me regularly. They played 70's hits, which made the atmosphere better. It was nice eating to Kenny rodgers. The food is pricey, but excellent. The pudding definitely tasted homemade, and it was smooth. The shamrock sprinkles because of st paddy's day was a nice touch. The chocolate mousse cake was very rich and chocolaty. Lots of different chocolates. The pizza was great.

We order lunch at work every week and the food is always on point.
