Good food at student pocket prices.

After two bites of my food, I noticed a black beetle moving in my salad. I very excitedly ordered the caesar salad with calamari because it sounded really appetizing and this obviously let me down. I had to kill the live beetle that was in my salad and spit out what I was chewing. I try really hard to be nice about food service but I found tonight’s experience to be very unacceptable. I was sitting next to a family full of kids and parents and didn’t want to cause a scene and make things hard on my waitress who was extremely nice so I very quietly showed her. She was very nice about it and alerted kitchen staff. She handled it very well. What I don’t like is that no manager nor cook came out to address the fact that I had been served a live beetle and they instead made the server deal with it fully herself when she clearly didn’t make the salad. I tipped her for her kindness but I’m going to be extremely real when I state that having live bugs in food product is extremely unacceptable and unsanitary for any restaurant and I disagree with the decision to not have anyone who was actually responsible for that dish making it to my table speak with me. I heard someone in the kitchen yell “you missed a BUG.” and honestly I just really don’t feel comfortable eating here again.

Awesome food!

Sophia was very nice and checked on me regularly. They played 70's hits, which made the atmosphere better. It was nice eating to Kenny rodgers. The food is pricey, but excellent. The pudding definitely tasted homemade, and it was smooth. The shamrock sprinkles because of st paddy's day was a nice touch. The chocolate mousse cake was very rich and chocolaty. Lots of different chocolates. The pizza was great.

We order lunch at work every week and the food is always on point.

Best Ranch ever

When we are not at Romeo's, we are getting takeout from Romeo's. This is by far our favorite pizza place in town, and when it comes to the rest of the menu, there is nothing i tried there that is not excellent! I AM mediterranean and i think they have mastered the mediterranean cuisine! the staff are so kind and lovely. the atmosphere is great. the place is super clean. We love you guys!

I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese onions, green peppers and pepperoni. This was by far the best pizza I have had in a very long time. Delivery drivers was nice also.

Upon placing our order for a pizza, we were informed that it would take approximately 20 to 25 minutes for preparation. However, after waiting for an hour without any communication or apology from the staff, the experience became quite uncomfortable. Given that it was my husband's birthday, we felt that complimentary pizzas would have been a fitting gesture at that point. It is recommended that the staff enhance their customer service by providing timely updates regarding order readiness to improve the overall experience.

My winter sangria was unpalatable. I couldn’t drink it. I told the server but was still billed for it.

I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries here. It was 17 dollars with no drink. For just me eating, that’s on the pricy side. The food was average. I would think if you are going to pay that price for ONE meal that the food would make up for the high price. It did not meet my expectations, the service was good, and the atmosphere was good also. Would consider going back if they lowered the prices a little. Until then, I’ll probably eat elsewhere.

food was amazing, prices reasonable and the staff was very friendly. i would definently recommend them

We were told it would be 45 min for delivery, took them over an hour and 40 min. Pizza cold. When we called we were told it’s “on its way” over 35 min before it arrived.
