Ruby has always been a staple of Indiana PA, and it is such a joy to go there. Our server Jenny at our last visit was fantastic, but I have to give huge props to the manager Christi! She is the highlight of my experiences. She is attentive, kind, and honestly quite hysterical. She always makes me and my friends laugh and knows how to cater to individuals on a personal level. She was able to help us with food choices, since last time we were there just a month prior, they somehow changed their menu for the 7th time? Ruby's changes it with the most wild things on a regular basis. Funnel cakes? Yeaaa sure! Regardless, she gave us the best recommendations and checked back to ensure we were happy. The whole staff is always such a treat.
