Pretty shitty just bc this is my 5th drink I got from here which I pay for plus for cold foam and I have to correct them Each time and still it’s not right. Do better if you are going to hire students make sure they aren’t incompetent!

3 times now i order a mango dragonfruit lemonade refresher ADD strawberry inclusions and every single time WITHOUT FAULT i get a strawberry lemonade. i have to keep going back in and ask for the right drink. either they need to retrain their employees or get a better system so the employees can read the orders better. if i wanted a strawberry lemonade, I WOULD GET A STRAWBERRY LEMONADE. it’s incredibly annoying. i’m not one to ever leave reviews but i never have issues like this anywhere else. i’m not the only one who’s getting wrong drinks all 4 of my roommates also have issues. every single time ive gone my drink is wrong. i guess you can say im turning into a karen because i get more upset every time and i’ll happily go to the other starbs down the road if they can’t even read correctly. this time in particular upset me because when i went in to get the right drink she argued with me saying i had the right drink and then when another employee came up and fixed the miscommunication all the girl did was put mango dragonfruit inclusions in my drink and gave it back. so essentially i got a strawberry lemonade with dragonfruit inclusions which is the total opposite of what i want. it taste similar which is why i just gave up and let it go but its still not the same drink. i’m tired of always having to go back and get my drink fixed. if i didn’t want mango dragonfruit i wouldn’t order it or i would customize and say no dragonfruit. all i ask is you either retrain these employees or get a better system so they can read the orders better if that’s the issue.

Great convenient location right on campus. I visit there about once a week and it’s always a great experience. The wait times are not bad usually, and I’ve never had a mistake with my order. Food and drinks are always up to standard.

Great University location. Very very busy but the employees worked hard to keep pace with the business. Nice cafe atmosphere with music. Comfortable seating with power to charge devices. Would come here again.

I went there with my girlfriend a week ago where we walked in and I realized that I forgot my mask. I kindly asked the woman behind the counter if she could give me a mask which she started to grab one but the manager told her to not give me one and that I should wait outside. Now I know that the restaurants on campus are supposed to provide students with a mask if they do not have one already so I thought it was odd that they refused to give me one.So there I am out in the cold with inadequate clothing for the weather because I thought it would be a quick trip in and out. So my girlfriend comes back out with my order which they incorrectly made. The woman who refused to let the other employee give me a mask was the manager so I hope that they have a change in management because it was really unacceptable and outright rude to refuse me service when they had an available mask but they refused to give me one when I asked for it.I would be happy to change this review once I know that there’s a change in management and overall a change of heart

Add an extra 20 minutes to your commute if you plan on stopping here. The drive thru line is always nuts, regardless of what time of day you go. Everybody is super nice though and my order is consistently made.

They don’t care about timing or labeling so everyone gets the right drink. Had to wait 40 min for a $6 drink. Sheetz is worth the walk.
