The sandwiches are always extremely small and under portioned. The bread loafs are narrow , when toasted they’re often hard. Staff is always great and the restaurant is cleanly.

I usually really love getting sandwiches here in between classes or late nights, especially when the brunette female worker helps me (i’m so sorry i don’t know her name). However a new employee helped me today, he was a middle aged man. He mumbled and slurred over words, almost seeming inebriated. He cut my bread very short, shorter than the 6inches I ordered. After putting the protein I asked for- he piled it on and only put two small slices of cheese on top. He immediately moved on to putting toppings on and I had to stop him and asked him politely to please toast it. After this he started mumbling and huffing and toasted it for like two seconds- the cheese wasn’t even slightly melted after he took it out. He then put barely any toppings that I ordered- which in ratio to the insane amount of protein he put on was ridiculous. Throughout my order he very quietly repeated or asked things and I had to ask him to please speak up. When he would raise his volume, he was still slurring his words. Once done putting together my sandwich, I asked for a large fountain drink. It was at this point I realized he had no gloves on and instead very nasty wet hands. After paying, he never handed me my cup so I assumed the cups were near the fountain drink. Once I realized they weren’t I asked him for a cup- he searched around looking for them even though I myself could see them, he handed me a medium sized cup but I didn’t realize until I left. As much as I love the food here and the sandwich tasted fine, I was very disappointed in the environment and hygienic way this was handled. I’d say check this man’s sobriety or service- more concerned on his way of acting than the way my sandwich was made. I hope he’s okay.

I ordered two subs on the app and there is barely any ham on the sandwich’s the bread it over toasted and hard. Overall very disappointing and will not be going back. I will go to my usual subway. Just went here because it was close to my work

The subs are good. Though I wish there was a little more consistency with the application of the dressings or sauces.
Vegetarian options: They go from the meats to the vegetables without changing their gloves. This was a huge issue before when I didn't eat meat. I don't know how they could change this unless they changed their gloves or had different people doing different stuff. The meat cross contamination is terrible as with all Subways.

Placed my order at 430 was supposed to been ready for pick up . I got there at 508 and had to wait for 20 min for my food to be made. Get home and the sandwiches wasnt even made rite. Whats the point of ording online so u can have express pick up if there is nothing express about it? Then to top it off your food isnt even rite? I would like a full refund.

They got all 4 of are bread and once they bread was toasted than asked witch ones were all getting lettuce then went on asking about the other filling and what condiments we're gonna be on what sub all 4 subs we're done at the same time the hole order came to around 50$ but it was amazing and nice to have them all done at the same time they were also very friendly and that ?

The sandwich was good and made correctly, but after I drank half of my soda, I realized that there was literal BUGS floating in my drink and stuck to the sides; absolutely disgusting.

Please teach the employees how to make a sub be cause I got a foot long spicy Italian and I received 5 piece of pepperoni and 6 pieces of salami and no cheese was offered and then they charged me full price I will not be coming back ever
