Girl named Makayla was passing out while making my sandwich. She has very bad hygiene and kept scratching her private part. Seems like she is on drugs I don’t know how you allow someone like that to work for you and the public

Man who was supposed to make my sub, kept coughing into the crook of his arm (only for my order, not the person before me or after me). Wear a mask to stop spreading germs into area and food. Strange, gross, and unprofessional. Message received. I won't return. I would select another Subway in this area if you have a compromised immune system.

Came here with my wife for a quick lunch two basic subs came to over 30 bucks for two subs two drinks and two packs of chips. We will never return to subway it has gotten way over priced and on top of that they would barely put any toppings on. These to subs are not worth 30 bucks way over charged and of course no receipt given.

Used the app to order curbside at this location, the last two orders were both missing items. Don't bother trying to use the customer service on the website you will not hear back. My recommendation, use another sub shop, even another subway at a different location

Just terrible! The subs were cold even though one of them was supposed to be a melt. They were just thrown in brown paper bags instead of the usual Subway bags with extra wrapping for safe transporting. We had to wait to eat because everything was cold and needed to be heated up in the oven. I will never eat from this location again. They need to make some serious changes.

Went there and got a single hoagie and nothing else!!! it came to $9.76...CORRECTION.... I was told it came too $9.76.... OK. Checked my banking app because my bank said my account was in the Negative !!! Right before pay day situation. Looking at this app I see this Subway charged my debit card ((( $90.76 ))) for a single hoagie!!! So now I'm getting hit with late fees for the bills I can't pay w/auto pay. The bank is hitting me with a $35 overdraft fee plus $5. a day for every day in the negative !!! So I go back into this Subway and this young girl working the counter w/Daisy Duke shorts on that shows half of her You know what's!!! Tells me Ooooopsy n giggles n then says we can give you a coupon for a free 6 inch hoagie!!! WOW!!! REALLY??? This store gets a lot of complaints I see! Maybe if the owner would actually hire employees for there experience and not there looks people wouldn't be getting over charged!!?

The drive thru is a huge problem. There is a huge computer screen where you punch in your order. It is very uncomfortable and very hard to reach out the window with you left hand and try to enter your order. My older mother could not get close enough, she couldn't teach the screen. Even tho she was so hungry she gave up and went to Burger King. I'm sure everyone has a difficult time trying to place an order.

Very disappointed. The sandwiches were half the size they were before. There is no need for that!!!!Very disappointed!!!!!

This is probably the worst drive through ordering experience. The ordering screen doesn’t offer a custom sandwich option- they do offer an “assistance button” but when you push the button nobody answers to assist you. I spent 10 minutes sitting by the pick up window and I decided to call them and ask them if their drive-through was even open. They said that it was and they were working on my orders. Whenever they came to the window they handed me my order but did not hand me the soup that I ordered. When I asked about the soup I had ordered- it was then that she informed me that they didn’t have any. If I hadn’t asked about it- they wouldn’t have told me that it wasn’t available. I then found 2 black hairs in my sandwich bag. Very lame restaurant- unprofessional staff.

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever used. Sunday night I sat at the window for over 15 minutes. Had to park my car and go in to see what was going on. Something about “I had to come in”? even though she walked to the back window to get my food. Then today, (Tuesday) sat at window for over 10 minutes until someone finally came and asked if I paid yet. Just going to drive the extra mile over to Maple St from now on.
