The subs are consistently yummy BUT I pay a different price for the same order every time I go... one time an employee told me it was because the cost of food was increasing, but then the next several times it went back down several dollars... I always order with the kiosk and click repeat order so perhaps different employees drastically ring up different amounts...

So, unlike the loitering idiot trying to make false accusations, claims and slander this establishment. Let me tell you; the workers are wonderful, they're all extremely nice and go above and beyond for everyone! They're some of the biggest sweethearts ever, and always provide wonderful customer service. So don't listen to the idiot, who hides behind a fake picture and name; since he was kicked out/removed for loitering and always making a fire hazard, when asked numerous times nicely if he would move.With all that being said; if you enjoy subway definitely come on in, and I promise you'll be treated greatly with the upmost respect and generosity and some of the best customer service around!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm usually in here to grab a six-inch sub and use the Walmart Wi-Fi which Subway is connected to inside the store.I was approached rudely and aggressively by the OWNER who carried out this KAREN STYLE rampage claiming that I'm loitering which was not the case.I was hooking up my computer and had to write a small memo down before approaching the counter to begin the food process. I don't have a high amount of income, but I do my very best to manage this hardship life. I pulled out my wallet and showed the Owner and The Ninja behind the counter that I was ready to begin, but I was told to leave. This is entirely Absurd and Poor Customer Service! I took this up to the Corporate Office so far. I'm going to leave this one-star review right here where it belongs.DON'T BUY HERE! Mean Karens Work Here! TAKE THE DAY OFF!

The girl at the drive thru was rude,we went to pick it up,the girl at the second window was rude also. Before when we went through the drive thru, our order was always messed up. Missing sandwiches or fries. Decided to stop for quick chicken nuggets and got 2 rude girls. Not stopping here any more.

My disappointment with Subway is with corporate Subway's terrible digital ordering and contact system. I never saw anything so badly designed in my life. I ordered two subways online, paid for them with a credit card, then went to pick them up. The Subway store I ordered them for pickup had absolutely no record of the order, yet I was charged for the subs. Bought two more at the Wal-Mart subway (which was the listed on the email confirmation, so it's not like I went to the wrong location), but I was still charged for the first non-existent first two sandwiches. When I tried to get my money back by "contacting" Subway, their web site required information from the printed receipt, which of course I didn't have because I never got the sandwiches. It WAS originally on the web site page when I ordered, but when I went back to the page, it was gone. Unbelievably terrible online experience. To the owner of the Subway store in Indiana, PA, she eventually had the charge removed from my credit card. Bottom line -- even though there are phone numbers to reach their customer service department, forget it. You will be directed back to the web site digital contact form (which is useless). We have had at least three problems ordering from Subway online. That's it. No more.
