Absolutely disgusting. The sauces were exploded all over the inside of the packaging. The potato taco I ordered had 5 pieces of hard potato. My stacker was cut up and didn't have any sauce on it at all. -100/10.

Don’t know the difference between fast food and slow food. The workers r so damn slow and don’t know how to read a menu, they can’t pronounce names and half the workers look like they just walked out of Walter whites RV. This place stinks and the service is AWEFUL.

Worst experience I've ever had. The place was filthy at 11:10am on Tuesday, 3-4-25. The floor had lots of taco cheese all over. Seats and tables were trashed. No interaction or acknowledgment with an employee when ordering. The food was horrific. Years ago I loved this place. I will never go there again. The uncleanliness was enough for me. Someone should lose their job

Poor service, long wait times, incorrect orders. Staff did not care and put wrong food on dirty trays. Restaurant was dirty and neglected. Manager did attempt to rectify the situation. He was the only bright spot of my experience. Food was ok, not worth coming back for.

Worst experience ever. Why ask us if the order on the screen is right if not one thing you gave us was right. We ordered no beans and everything had double beans. The fries were so soggy they would collapse. Got a taco instead of a burrito a 5 piece mcnugget instead of a 10. I could of just took the family to a nice mexican restaurant for a few bucks more. This was the worst food experience ever.

Put in an online order. Had ready time of 8:18 went in around 8:20 wasn't ready nor started. Had 4-5 people walk in, order and got their food and left before I received mine. Ask employee why I haven't received order and she just looked at me with a dead stare, turned around and went to the back. Finally received my order at 8:45. Food quality was extremely poor. Soft taco barely had anything in it, Crunch wrap was hard in some places and had lettuce, tomatoes, cheese on one half and other half had meat fries were cold. This is the second time we've had issues here. First time took over an hour. Figured we would try again and this will be the last visit to this taco bell.

I've been coming here for lunch once/wk for the past few months, and I get the same thing every time due to dietary restrictions. I get regular soft tacos, and Nachos Bell Grande. Last Friday, went thru the drive-thru and took my order home. I was 3/4 done with the Nachos Bell Grande when I noticed a large (betw 1/4 and 1/2 inch) piece of black "crud" - for lack of a better term - on the bottom of my platter of nachos. I didn't look at it too closely as, frankly, I didn't want to see it in detail. I just knew that it did NOT belong there, and was most likely something picked up from the grill due to lack of cleaning it properly.
That ruined my appetite and I threw the rest out. (sucks for a nearly $14 order) Now, I cannot come back to this restaurant because I won't forget this experience. Oh well, I'll be healthier for not coming here anyway. I think that's the last time I'll probably ever eat at any Taco Bell.
So incredibly slow. You'll wait about 45 minutes for food, even when nobody is in front of you. Avoid.
Went there tonight just to see if they got any better. Got home and missing food. This place is STILL awful after 5 years. AVOID.

It took many years but I'm finally writing a positive review for Taco Bell. Not just any taco bell. This is for the Indiana, PA Taco Bell. We finally tasted more than a tablespoon of meat with lots of lettuce and dry cheese. Tonight every variation of Taco we ordered was fantastic until I tried to find the meximelts I ordered. Couldn't tell them apart from soft tacos. The meat in the meximelts was on point but the cheese was not. Meximelt shells need more moisture.

Shame on me for making the mistake of once again giving this location a chance. Made an online order. Store was out of lettuce and green sauce wasn't warmed for my burrito. Told them just to forget it. When I tried to get my money back their customer services solution was a $5 coupon for a $12 order. Didnt even offer to give me my money back.
