Food is good, that is…. If you ever receive it or go in to pick up and it is actually ready on time. I keep trying this place- love the food. But after ordering door dash, pay, wait 2.5 hours only to learn they are temporarily closed. I will never see that food or money. My fault for giving them another chance.

Is this place old and outdated or what. It's clean tho. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There's five whole pages to choose from. So many pizzas, hoagies, gyros, strombolies, pastas and appetizer choices. Even cheeseburgers. The food was good, the turkey for the hoagie was smoked, not a fan but still good. The fries were hot n crispy.

I will NEVER order from Venice again!!! After listening to how the owner speaks to his employees, I had to give him a piece of my mind. No wonder he has such a high turnover rate of employees. If my employer swore at me and asked me if I was stupid or a moron or if I could count… he is lucky I didn’t grip him up by his collar. There is ZERO reason to speak to anyone the way he did in the 10 mins (15 past when I was to pick my pizza up) I stood there. The owner needs a reality check. I’ll be calling the health department as well. Employees not wearing gloves, touching their face and then the food. SHAME ON VENICE!!!!!!

I'd give zero stars. It took over 2 hours to get my order, and I didn't receive anything that I ordered. Please do not order from here. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. So if you want the food that you actually order in a timely manner, this isn't the place for you.

I use to love coming to this restaurant back when I was in college in 2011-2013.. ate there very frequently, would take my parents there when they would come to visit, well sadly things seemed to have changed for the worse. I was sick all week wanted something light to eat like a salad and soup. My wife wanted a cheesesteak. We ordered the food for delivery, but very disappointed when the food came. I have been ordering cheesesteaks the same way for 20 years now, no Matter where I go. I only ever get Cheese, steak, and mayo. When it arrived there was almost no steak on the sub. And it had tons of mushrooms, lettuce, and tomatoes on it? My wife was pretty upset because it had no meat on it, and every single topping I asked not to be on it.
I called the restaurant to complain, and ask that they messed up the order to send me another sub.. I was speaking to the same person the 1st and 2nd time calling, and instead of apologizing, they kind of argued that “that’s how all their hogies come”. I simply responded, that’s not what I ordered and there is almost no meat on the sub. They responded with, “our subs only use one slice of steak” if you want double meat it would be an up charge?! This is a $13 cheesesteak… they agreed to send the other one back?? I would have rather given it to my dog, since I tipped the delivery driver $10. The second cheesesteak was made right but just as bad, as there again was the smallest amount of steak in it as you can see in the pictures.
The soup was chicken noodle that I’m pretty sure came from a can, and the salad was mediocre at best.. but was definitely not worth $14. I ended up spending $50 for a cheesesteak, salad, and soup. Sadly, I do not think we will be going back, since It was once one of my favorite restaurants here.

Came here with my field hockey team after the game and we got 11 pizzas. They were friendly, efficient and the pizzas were awesome! We got there around 845 pm and they were so upbeat and such a nice staff. It was the same way when we called. You guys rock!! Thank you!!
