Vocelli’s never disappoints! The team is always so friendly and hard working. Every time I have come in the employees are working and moving with purpose. Most recently, I worked with Jill on a large order for a gathering and she went above and beyond. I will be a forever customer because of Jill and her team!!

Ive only had the Vochelli rolls, both pepperoni and bacon/cheddar and they were excellent. Unfortunately the service is less than to be desired. Went in for breakfast a couple times and just stood in the store with no one around, could have cased the joint or helped myself to food behind the counter, several minutes went by with no one there. Even called out the one time. Lady at the register seems to do it all and picking up others slack I have to give her props shes a hard worker unfortunatelyshe wouldnt have to be if she had some steady support. Very helpful and friendly and made suggestions to save money. But the other people there are running a crap show. Witnessed one guy making food and eating loose bits of food off the counter while he was making the food, no gloves of hand washing, good thing most of their food runs through a blazing hot oven. Employees (except the one lady) just dissappear for minutes on end never to be seen again. If ypu need to send people out for deliveries fine then hire more people, that the way business works.

They always post how they are open late on the weekends. Ordered a pizza at midnight. Called an hour later to check on it, answering machine said they were closed. Constantly posting on their page how they “keep the oven on for you” and supposed to be open until 4am but closed 3 hours early?

Terrible! When it first opened it had a great atmosphere and the best employees. Now the food is cold and takes forever to make. The employees are snappy and unsociable.

UPDATE: I spoke with a manager of sorts about the unpleasant experience I had here recently. They were very accommodating, and apologetic for what happened. They ensured me that my complaints will be addressed immediately.
This kind of service goes a long way, I am greatly appreciative, thanks.
Disappointed at best, and offended at worst.
I ordered and paid online and picked it up in person. I stood there, the only person near the register, for 5-10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Thankfully, someone eventually noticed me and got my order together. It took them a bit, as they didnt seem to know what was going on and had trouble finding all of my food. Thanks to that guy though.
I get it home, and the breadsticks ($8) are practically uncooked. The inside was super doughy, you could've clumped it into a ball and shot hoops with it or something.
I also got a salad($12.74) and there's a bunch of mystery fluid at the bottom, the whole container was literally dripping with mystery liquid. (Probably pickling juice from the peppers). Nevertheless, my salad was starting to wilt before I even opened it
The pizza($24.69) was mid at best, and I can't tell if it has the Romano I ordered on it. $4 for a 2 liter seems excessive.
Props to their marketing department though, because the pictures and website make their food/service quality look way better than it really is.

Told us it would be 15 mins. 45 mins later we asked them about our order, it was done but never called us up to grab it. The bread sticks where so flat. Very disappointing

i ordered on sunday morning online at 10:52 for a 1pm delivery. i saw my payment was taken but no pizza delivered at 1pm. i called the store and was on hold for 13 mins, hung up called back on hold again for another 15 min. now it is 30 min past the delivery request time. finally spoke to someone n was told our order went out at 130, WHAT! they said they were so busy. i asked to speak to a manager. she told me the same excuse and said the order would be there in 5 min. 15 minutes later we got our semi warm, over priced food from a door dash driver, not a vocelli driver. i cannot express how displeased i am/was and probably will not ever order from there again. 95.00 for food and i got it 45 mins late when they had my order for 2 hrs prior is NOT acceptable. get it together folks. minus 10 rating for sure.
Seriously one of the best pizzas I've had in a while and a great addition to Indiana.

We got 3 different stromboli . They messed up the pepperoni with peppers, there were no peppers. The roasted chicken stromboli, was inedible. The whole crust was sopping wet and tasteless. I don't think we will ever go back.
