Vocelli’s never disappoints! The team is always so friendly and hard working. Every time I have come in the employees are working and moving with purpose. Most recently, I worked with Jill on a large order for a gathering and she went above and beyond. I will be a forever customer because of Jill and her team!!
Ive only had the Vochelli rolls, both pepperoni and bacon/cheddar and they were excellent. Unfortunately the service is less than to be desired. Went in for breakfast a couple times and just stood in the store with no one around, could have cased the joint or helped myself to food behind the counter, several minutes went by with no one there. UPDATE: I spoke with a manager of sorts about the unpleasant experience I had here recently. They were very accommodating, and apologetic for what happened. They ensured me that my complaints will be addressed immediately.
