Went to the one in Walmart in Irwin. Lady working there today gave an attitude right off the bat. She wouldn't make anymore pretzels and said "I quit making them two hours ago. I'm not making anymore." Very unprofessional

Used to be pretty decent,but seems went down hill quickly....last 2 times within months were terrible,the pretzel was hard to bite and burned on the bottom,you can tasted the bitterness...won't be back.....and you get attitude sometimes too....

They want literally $2.99 for a cheese dipping sauce that's how much the pretzel used to cost the pretzels now are $10 and then they ask you to leave a tip for the workers???Absolutely ridiculous if you're charging this much you should be paying your employees $20 an hour asking for a tip is outrageous to check a customer out from a pretzel and the prices are absolutely outrageous

For 3 days now that ive came in they were “closed” with no pretzels after 10am. They open supposedly at 10 and close at 6 i also came in at 5:20pm, no pretzels made or nobody around. Ive been calling for 3 days in a row now before i came in to ask if they had any. Nobody answers. Today i went in and they had pretzels but the skinnest pretzels ive ever seen. With an attitude!

Wow. Anyone who knows me, knows that I am not a complainer. This is my 3rd visit in 2 months and each was a negative a experience. I would have given 0 stars, but the cashier was very friendly, however the pretzel fit in the palm of my hand, it was hard and had zero taste... Will not be back. Sorry Auntie?

Before covid this place never had pretzels made the worker should be continuously making pretzels. I had limited time to get them and them not being made your store lost business multiple times. Now this location is never open and you just put a sign on the register that says we are closed today sorry. Really maybe your employees need better training if you can keep any of them. Then your location will not accept the app so you used to have pretzel cards now you do not have those either. This rating has nothing to do with your food just you horrible service.

The pretzels are ok. The big problem is they never have pretzels ready if you get there when they open. Last Saturday they were even closed. Worst location I have ever experienced. Does anyone come to work here? Or make pretzels? What's up with it?

I love this place but when I'm at work I come to the Irwin location sometimes and the nuggets are too big. The mt. Pleasant location makes them nice and bite size I wish Irwin did too.
