This place is huge and it has several businesses operating out of it. 3 machine shops are on the bottom floors and offices operating from the top floor and has more space to rent to any other types of business that has 50+ employees! The rent is reasonable and it includes water, electric, and trash removal so you pay one monthly bill and it covers all your business space expenses. If your business is growing this is the spot to look into to house all your employees.

Nice little park.
Hard to navigate this multi-business complex if you do not know the area. The complex is in a large loop with not many visible markings for the flow of traffic. A dated Gazebo and pond sit in the back, fallen to disrepair and neglect.
Cenacola restaurant is the best homemade pasta and Italian food in north huntingdon. Hands down the best staff! Will not be disappointed!

I don't really know how to rate the business park, but our pediatric dentist, Dr. Bupp, Cennacola restaurant, and Quinn Brewing are all here. The landscaping is a little rough and parking is tight, but they have a lot of my favorite things, so I'll allow it.
