Seemed like a nice place. Parking was in short supply. We were here for a function in the back room, so did not see the entire establishment.From what we could tell it was a nice place to gather. Very beautiful inside.The restroom was clean and the food was good, but not sure if it was their food, or catered, so do not want to comment on that.We do know they clean their salt shakers at night because none of us had salt and they said they were cleaned and needed to be brought up. We did eventually get salt ha ha.The waiters were all super nice and friendly.

I was at Brandy's Basement for an ooen mic. The host band, Stone Broke, are awesome and are also the house band. I didn't eat there, but the drinks are affordable and the service was fantastic!!

I've never had a good meal here. Tried again today and still the same. My chicken was so salty, we got pizza and it was below average. The girl that took my order was very nice. I wanted soda from the cooler and it was broken so everything was warm. I still bought it and took it home to put over ice. You'd think the owners would shell out a few bucks and fix a cooler. Everything in that place is very dated. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Their menu consists of fried apps, homemade soups, hoagies, burgers, pizza, salads, weekly specials, a variety of beers on tap, and seasonal specialty drinks. They also offer a wide array of catering options. The service can definitely vary based on the day and what's going on in town, but they ALWAYS strive to provide the best service possible, regardless of the circumstances. Brandy's Basement is a local music venue, located on the lower level of Brandy's on Main. All food is served in take-out containers and drinks come in throw away cups (except for the bottled beer), however that is simply due to the nature of the venue. If you are local looking for a new spot, or perhaps visited and did not have a good first experience, I recommend giving this place another shot. The owners and several of the employees think of Brandy's as their home away from home and genuinely care about their reputation.

From the hostess to the waiter, our service was delightful! Drinks were yummy! We ordered the giant soft pretzel with homemade beer cheese for our appetizer... it was fantastic! We both got burgers for dinner. Seasoned well. Cooked to medium just as we ordered. Fresh toppings were plentiful!French onion soup was outstanding! No complaints here! Very happy with our experience! Thank you Brandy's on Main!

Some advice....if you make a reservation online, call them to confirm. We had made reservations in advance, we show up and we would not be seated because they had no record of our reservation. We showed the confirmation, which was totally disregarded. There were many open tables in the bar and restaurant areas, and we told if we'd like to eat it would be at least a 45 minute wait. No other customers were even waiting. Lesson learned for us, so never again.

Great place to book a band. However, the sound for open stage is not so great unless you use your own amplifiers and set them up your way. I play guitar and can't hear myself so good using another person's stuff. Other than that the place is great and the staff are very friendly. The food is good too.
