Service took 10+ minutes in drive thru. My son's nuggets weren't even inside his bag. We had to park and go in to get the right food. There were like four people working and it wasn't that busy. Just disorganized.

I can't say I wouldn't recommend Burger King, but our last few experiences have been disappointing. Yesterday we ordered through doordash (the bag was sealed and everything so it wasn't DD's fault) and we were missing 4 orders of French fries. Four! That was a pretty big chunk of the meal missing.

Basing this review in comparison to other Burger King's and fast food places in general. No, you aren't gonna get mind blowing food here, it's a Burger King, but this is how a Burger King should be. Food was hot, fresh, and my fairly large order was all correct, place was clean, staff was friendly and while service wasn't super fast, it wasn't a terrible wait either for the amount of items that I ordered. Wish I could consistently have this experience at other locations

Just messed up the order terribly. Forgot the drink so they rushed to give us that. Then one of the burgers were totally wrong. If I wasn’t so far away I would have been able to return and get it fixed. Just annoying I waisted money on something I can’t eat.
Wait is consistently ridiculously long. Food is okay. Service is unfriendly, and workers act like you are an inconvenience to them simply for being in their line.

This BK was way better when you weren't sure if the roof was leaking just as bad in the kitchen as it was in the dining room. That should say a lot. Why even be open if there is no staff to make food? 45+ minute wait times is insane. Maybe if they paid better wages they could get employees to show up and actually work instead of trapping customers in their fancy new drive thru. How hard is it to get it together?!
