Michelle was a very happy person today she took are Oder in a polite way she was smiling and said u rule and offers us crowns. You need more employees like her. The food was delicious and the service was great.

As far as BKs go, this is one of the nicer ones. I mean, it's Burger King... But the staff are nice, they get your order correct and they have everything, unlike the North Versailles location

I would give this Burger King location 0 stars for customer service. I waited 10 minutes by the to-go counter before an employee acknowledged that I was there. It could've been longer if they were not staging an order for Doordash. This was not my first bad experience, and I've heard from many coworkers that have also felt the wrath of this location's poor customer service and long lines. Avoid if you are on a timed meal break or if you are a Doordasher at all costs.

Waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches. Many people pulled out of line due to delay. I worked fast food and this is ridiculous

This location has become ridiculous. I do not recommend unless you want to sit in a drive-thru longer than it would take you to sit down, order, and eat at an actual restaurant. Sat at the speaker for over 10 minutes before i even got to order. we were skipped over numerous times to order because they apparently can’t do every other speaker properly. It is not brain surgery yet they can’t even get every other car correct. Not to mention this is supposed to be fast food. I had 1 car in front of me at the speaker when I got in line but he was skipped over numerous times. Took a total of 26 minutes to get through the drivr-thru from the time I pulled into the line to getting my food. absolutely ridiculous. Half the time they don’t even get the food right. So you sit longer in a drive-thru than you would to sit down at a restaurant and they can only get it right half the time. Go spend money at an actual restaurant or somewhere like Wendy’s because you’ll never sit like this at Wendy’s. And not even an apology for the wait.

The ladies working the night shift are completely unprofessional, and sometimes they’ll even claim the system is “down” just to avoid doing their jobs. I honestly suggest they find a different job—maybe one where they can just sit, talk, and not actually have to do anything.

I’m the type of annoying guy that shows up at 1130 at night 30 minutes before they close and despite that they have always given me good, fresh, hot food. This is definitely the best fast food place around here if you need late night food. Thank you all for dealing with annoying people like me.

extremely rude I called to ask about the burgers they had and she hanged up and said are you serious and said look it up online yourself wasn’t joking at all so I read this experience one out of 10 and I’m not even gonna do one star because it was horrible

I stopped in for a meal tonight 11/16/2025 and was very unhappy with the one bigger gentleman, and the one younger girl working in the back on the fryers and counter. I had to wait a while for my order because they were busy which is fine I dont have a problem with that. The problem is they were not wearing gloves at all thr entire time i was there and proceeded to fill orders actually touching peoples food with no gloves including mine which is disgusting. I saw him touch his face multiple times and then touch food/equipment which from a sanitary standpoint is unacceptable. That alone makes me not want to come back here. I just threw away the mozzarella sticks thr guy fingered up because who knows where that his hands have been. Everyone else working back there is wearing gloves, why weren't these two individuals? Ive worked in the food industry and I would NEVER touch people's food with bare hands period for any reason

Very disappointed, my husband just went to get dinner and came back and my food is WRONG. Was suppose to be 2 PLAIN CHEESE double cheese burgers. Litterally says plain on both the labels but the burgers are definitly NOT just cheese plain... I even took a video and saved it, litterally says on the label of each double cheeseburger that it was suppose to be plain, opened both of them up and sure enough both have everything on them.... Im very picky about my food so now I cant even eat it 🙃 I get people make mistakes but cmon.

The worste drive through experience iv ever had. Was stuck in line for 45 min and couldn't back and leave because of the line. Didn't even take my order and had a whole line of people freaking out. Also made me super late for work and got in trouble. Thanks
