Irwin location is completely demolished. I hope they took the manager with it. Rude, food cold, no customer relations, just not a people person. I quit going after the latest cold croissants. I love Burger King, but she made it unbelievable.

This morning Leroy had the drive thru closed and only the inside open. Thank goodness I was with my mother today who is disabled so I was able to go inside for our food. The thing is Leroy saw us and a car in front of us at the drive thru, looked at us a few times, and chose not to tell us the drive thru was closed(even though the light was on). We waited 10 minutes and the car didn’t get waited on so I called and asked are you guys open he said inside is I said so is the drive thru? He hung up. I then went in for my food I don’t think Leroy was happy to even be there this morningAlso I’ll continue getting from gbg instead of this location
Never had an issue with my order at this Burger King. Food usually comes hot and quickly.

Friday night 10 pm. Could not see a lit sign since there wasn't one. Entrance from the highway blocked due to a line for the drive-thru. Lobby locked and overworked staff - a manager bagging, a perturbed (and rightly so) cashier taking orders/cash/ drinks, one grill person and a red shirt doing apparently nothing.Just imagine how much money they could have made if the sign was replaced, if they paid a better than "fair wage" and increased their staff. Wow!
