Oh, how much I wanted to like this place. It's passable, but barely. Portion sizes are on the light side for the money. "Sweets" display is always empty. Whoever your waitress is has to be the one that can ring you out. Which means, that if she is busy helping other people you are stuck standing at the register because apparently nobody else can ring you out for a credit card transaction. Not very efficient. Some of the waitresses are very attentive to your needs, while others appear to be completely scatterbrained. It is definitely Russian roulette whether or not you will get good service.
The kitchen is slow... Like, very much so... Dining room is extremely crowded. When all the tables are pushed together it makes a little bit of room to move around but when they are in their normal locations there's barely room to squeeze by.
Final thoughts: There are much better choices to eat at in Irwin.

Highly recommend! We brought our whole baseball team here today for lunch. Checked ahead with the staff and they were so accommodating. When we arrived they were all set up for us, super organized and easy going. The food was delicious as well. Overall a total win. Skip the chains and support this gem of a local business.

We were very excited to have breakfast here. Unfortunately it was a huge let down. Eggs Benny came with over easy eggs which is fine but the eggs were over cooked so much there was no runny yolk present. The English muffin wasn’t even toasted. The pancakes were also over cooked and tasted like straight batter with no pancake taste. They were out of home fries which is fine considering we went on a Saturday at 11am. French fries were my substitution of choice and yet again another poor decision. The fries were floppy and soggy like they had been cooked yesterday. Lastly, the sausage gravy and biscuits was tasty but there absolutely no gravy. Just piles of sausage. I understand places can have “bad days” but unfortunately we will not be going back there. The wait staff was very friendly

This was my first time here even though I live local ,I've never had time to stop in and try the food . I ordered takeout for breakfast due to feeling under the weather ..I thought the presentation was very nice and lady that took my order was friendly..but I was disappointed because I found a short hair in my food near the end of eating it (I don't have short hair ) the lady didn't tell me there was peppers &onions in the potatoes and the sausage was so hard like a hockey puck .. extremely flat pancakes and I didn't receive my wheat toast I ordered with it . .I'm sorry to have to leave this type of review but I needed you to know the quality I received.

Such a great addition to all of the wonderful food options in downtown Irwin. I love the variety in the menu, and the staff is always friendly even when they're busy. Great food and charming atmosphere.

I was a going to give a 4 star due to only having 1 refill on fountain drinks. But the waitress told me they don't really do that on fountain drinks. Got the Philly the way It comes added mayo. The meat did have that fresh taste, that you can tell if you've ever ate fresh beef.Great place, nice staff, great food. ? Definitely recommend stopping here.
