Dined there last night for the first time with some colleagues on a business dinner. I travel the NE throughout the year and eat at quite few restaurants every week. You have officially made to my must visit list every time I visit my facility in Latrobe. Bravo! The portions were more than adequate and the food was fresh, filling, and homemade! Looking forward to coming back soon.
I’ve been here twice now while in town for work and the service and food are unmatched in the area. The risotto is my absolute favorite thing on the menu. Thank you for the great food!
Best food in the area! Will definitely be back!

Everything and everyone was wonderful!
This is a great spot for special occasions. It is a bit out of the way for us but we visit for anniversary dates, birthdays, and we have a set annual trip with friends. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the service is awesome...this evening we had a particularly great waitress who unfortunately I cant remember her name. The owner came around to see how our visit was, which is always welcome. I SO REGRET not mentioning how we so much loved his replies on here in the recent years when people have been critical on the handling of his business (kudos if you see this). The food is always amazing. Truly. There is no better pasta dishes to be had. Something I would love: being we are not local and it is a speciality spot for us, which, I assume may be the case for many who have been introduced to the food; an option to choose a sampler type dish to try both new things and old favorites would be AMAZING. I always see something I want to try on the menu, but being the portion sizes are so generous i often want to stick with an "ole trusty" and miss out on what i am sure are great dishes. All in all amazing food, amazing restaurant.

First of all, the server was the star of the show here! She was on top of it! Kind, welcoming & very good at her job! Now, upon walking in, I was not greeted by a man I presume to be the owner. Busy on his phone but came off not very friendly or welcoming. I decided to use the restroom to give him time to wrap the phone call up. Yet when I got out, he was still on the phone. Waited, then a host comes out; looks at me, no greeting. Walks up to the man they talk. Then she grabs a menu & begrudgingly says follow me. Once seated, the Server made up for the lack of customer service from the prior two people I encountered. Food would have probably been an okay meal if it wasn't overpowered by salt. I was very excited for the dish. The combination of flavors sounded delightful. However, the dish lacked proper execution. Also if you come across a menu that has many options not a valid menu. Check their website before visiting. Probably wouldn't recommend.

Listen! I have been to multiple top rated Italian restaurants throughout the United States. Nothing is better than this place. It is unbelievable. Every Italian dish I eat I compare to Cenecola. Trust me... they are untouchable.

This is probably my favorite restaurant. The staff is amazing and the food exceeded my expectations! The menu changes with the seasons and they have great specials. I’ll be dreaming about the creamy beans and greens appetizer tonight.

We ordered a bit of everything including several appetizers. The shrimp and mushroom risotto was phenomenal as was the beans and greens. The mozzarella bread appetizer was just OK. The pumpkin gnocchi was pretty good but as you can imagine, very filling was only able to eat a little bit of it. Four cheese ravioli was good butternut squash and sausage. Ravioli was just OK.
Love the fact, that almost all of the dishes were handmade with hand made in-house pasta was awesome. You don’t find that everywhere. The only downside was wait. Time from being seated to getting drinks to getting food.

Simply delicious. The Bruco was simply heavenly one the best pasta meals i've ever had. Service was attentive and beyond the norm with a special touch at the end of the meal.

Trying to enjoy an anniversary dinner however the atmosphere was Chucky Chees with kids screaming the whole time. The owner could care less. I saw him doing shots and drinking with customers so obviously could have cared less what his diners where experiening. $180
bill for a Chucky Chesse atmosphere and a owner who could care less. Our diner reservations where at 6:45 and we got seated at 7. The adults with screeming kids where already seeted and drinking. Iwill not be back. I raised 2 daughters and if they where screamin we left as wehaf consideration for others. My daughter does the same grandson and gets a babysitter if going to a place like this.

This restaurant was the best part of my trip to Pittsburgh. The food was delicious with incredible flavors. The pasta is made in house highly recommended.
Will not come bacK! We waited 25 minutes to be asked for our order. An other 50 minutes for our food, which came out cold, all while only getting one refill one drinks. Just waist of time and money.
