Was there Wednesday a few cars back from the man who was banging on the window. The manager on duty handled the situation very well and professionally. I spoke to her at the window when I got to it and offered to call the police after what he did… very sweet young lady and I hope this doesn’t discourage her. She is doing well for such a young lady and a very big role! I hope she gets the credit she deserves working there. A+ employee in my eyes.

This is for our drive thru experiences. I'd like to see a consistent blizzard as it pertains to ingredients. One time there's lots of ingredients, and the next time it's nothing more than ice cream with very minimal ingredients. I guess it depends on who makes it, but it shouldn't be that way.

Employees seem increasingly disinterested in working. They also close early for unspecified reasons. Service is often passive aggressive and unfriendly.
Worst service for any DQ, inside is never open and lines onto Rt. 30...be better!

Jumped in line at the drive through at about 1:38. By 1:50 they still hadn't taken my order and there were only 5 cars in front of me. I had a 2:15 appointment and couldn't wait any longer. Thanks to DQ wasting my time, I had to go to my appointment hungry and thirsty. Thanks DQ!

We often come here on Sunday nights after church. Its super busy, but they always do a great job! Some of the workers seem very young, they are so polite and knowledgeable. Great job all around!

Manager was outright nasty. She needed me to move my car which I had no problems with but the way in which she TOLD me to move it was so unprofessional. Even the language she used was ridiculous. I will only return for deliveries as I do door dash but personally, I'd never eat here
