I took an L on an Uber Eats order and instead of giving me a partial refund or some help with my order I dealt with a smart ass phone call about what can't be done, like people make mistakes but the real mistake was getting smart on the phone. If anyone wants a decent meal they can pick up my Uber Eats order at this location .... We're all short staffed calm down honey.

Was given 2nd or 3rd class service with no one else in line. Staff clearly saw me & tried to "look busy ". After 2 minutes I turn to walk out the door & she says I'll be right with you. I went to mcdonalds & spent 30% what I would have in there. Ive gotten better service in the evening. Just plain ol 1960s racism there.??
Its a SERIOUS p.i.t.a to make a left turn into there across (3) lanes of traffic from us 30 west also(!)

The line here moved through reasonably fast and the service was great. This is a nice DQ location with a large parking lot as well as a large outdoor seating section
This is the only DQ in the area that the blizzards have all the toppings at the top. It's all ice cream halfway through and to the bottom. Staff is always very nice. Too pricey for this to happen with the blizzards all the time. Jeannette location makes them better.
