*I talked to management and they apologized and made everything right. It’s good to see good people in the world. I am happy with how everything was fixed*My fiancé and I went there for dinner yesterday after the gym. Wanted to treat ourselves after pushing ourselves hard. My fiancé is lactose intolerant. She got her dairy free dilly bars, and we both ordered food and I ordered a blizzard. My fiancé ordered a salad with no cheese and honey mustard. She didn’t get her dressing. I got the new Parmesan garlic chicken strip basket. By the time they got our order ready our food was cold. Cold food I can handle a bit. But what really got me angry was when they were making my blizzard they were making fun of my lactose intolerant fiancé for ordering me a blizzard. I know it’s a bunch of high schoolers and college kids working there but come on, at least have some human decency to not laugh at someone for ordering some they can’t have when it’s for someone else. The service sucked, the bathroom floor was sticky. The food sucked. My strips were soaked in the sauce and. The sauce was inedible. It tasted like pure garlic. The only good things were my blizzard and my fiancés dilly bars. We will never be going back there again.

Blizzards are typically really good, my review is for the slowness of the service as well as the flow of the parking lot and drive thru line. If you get a mobile order, you are forced to go the wrong way thru the lot if the drive thru lane is wrapping around the building. The lot should be widened to accommodate the flow of traffic. Staff are always very nice, I’m sure just overwhelmed

I always love Dairy Queen. They have great menu options. Their food and ice cream are both good. The combo meals are a reasonable price
Me & my family had stopped on our way home from a play. It was 9:10 pm & they close at 9:30pm. We ordered 5 blizzards. 2 with extra candy. When we got our food, they were made extremely poorly & not only did they not put extra in the 2, but they nearly put NOTHING on them. They were all just ice cream. I understand it was close to closing, but that is not an excuse. We visit this location often & never have a problem on the regular. However, I will never visit again within an hour if them closing. This happened another time recently at 9pm.
My first time at this location and I was impressed with how clean it was. The staff was friendly and my meal was hot and fresh. The fries in particular were pipping hot and delicious. I had the double cheeseburger meal with fries and drink. The restaurant is very conveniently located very close to the turnpike and off of Route 30 far enough providing plenty of parking. I would definitely give it a try, just be aware it is off of Route 30 enough you sort of have to be looking for it.Parking: Tons of parking available.

I called in a custom cake a few days ahead of time and the staff there took great care of the order. I asked for a Halloween themed blizzard cake and they delivered! I was thrilled to see the cake and my boyfriend was blown away by their creation, he loved it!! The little cauldron was made with the top of an ice cream cone, icing, and the bubbling brew was slushy I believe. Creativity was superb!
The snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard was disgusting! It tasted like someone dumped a whole bottle of cinnamon and allspice in it. Do yourself a favor and pass on that
