I ordered a refresher drink and sandwich and the staff was extremely rude and miserable. The service was awful. It was definitely an environment I will not be subjecting myself to again.
Older ladies working the counter with a line out the door. She was not real fast and was miserable.

I ordered for a large matcha latte with less ice and more than half of the glass was empty. I asked why is it like this the reply was there is less ice so that’s the quantity we give for large. If I wanted it to look full they would add ice which means they are just selling a glass of ice. This was never the case with any other Dunkin
Staff is always rude, has no manners, always grumpy, when i order drinks with less ice my drink gets half way filled. Did i say less drink? No. I said less ice. These workers act like the drink is coming out of there paychecks. The people who work the drive thru are also very grumpy aswell. It’s always “what can i get for you”, not even a Hello, Hi how are you doing. Everything about this place is just poor. If you’re that grumpy at a job maybe you should quit.

I wouldn’t let my dog eat the sausage from here. The food sucks and the service is even worse. Management team has two brain cells and they’re both fighting for 4th place

Ordered online to pick up ,through the app, arrived to get my order. Had to ask for the donuts that were on the order. I was told they were out of them.I asked for a refund since I had paid through the app.I was then told I could make another choice which I wasn't interested in doing. Then basically had shoulders shrugged at me and told I'd have to send an email to try to get a refund. Extremely poor customer service and business practices. I've had similar situations where my items weren't available and it was credited back immediately. It's worth driving further up Rte 30 to Jeannette and avoiding this location.

Hate to leave one star but EVERY TIME I GO TO A PLACE THEY SCREW IT UP AND BACK IN LINE I GO.

Since the remodel the place is unfriendly, the seating is minimal and the tables are disgusting with sticky doughnut icing and crumbs everywhere, never seen anyone come out from behind the counter to clean anything, they're always running around like their ass is on fire. The overall impression since the remodel is "get your stuff and leave" certainly not a cozy atmosphere to have a doughnut and coffee. Might have to go back to Panera where at least it's comfortable and welcoming rather than the laboratory feel of this place.
Parking: Getting to the parking lot is a cluster F##k, most of the time the cars are backed out onto 30 so you can't get into the lane that takes you to the parking
Kid-friendliness: Not any more it's not, you removed the kid friendly seating

Do not do an online order because I did an online order and they told me mine didn’t go through. I showed them my face and the transaction on yeah and they still were telling me it did not go through. Thankfully, they still did my order, but they were trying to argue with me trying to tell me that I didn’t have an order there when I did. They were very rude and disrespectful. I clearly showed them on my bank where they took my money and I showed them my order on the app and they wanted to tell me they didn’t have it. Originally they told me they gave someone else my order and then said they never got it. They are a joke

Personally, I would pass this location up. The parking lot is atrocious. I know all Dunkin’ Donuts parking lots are designed to be terrible but this one takes the cake we had to park next-door at Dairy Queen just to come inside to not be greeted and to have the most miserable staff lady on hand, take our order. I asked if they did military discount she said We don’t do discount discounts for anyone in a very negative tone , I would never come back to this location or recommend it to anybody.
They also don’t wear name badges, which makes sense because after the way they treat you they would rather you not know their name
Lastly, my drink was made wrong, which was no big shocker and the first of 12 donuts was hard as a rock and stale leftover from the night before.
Waste of time and money stopping here

Literally I used to work here and ever since the new GM and the manager (which is her mom) literally must not know anything. Cappuccinos are made with steamed milk. However, I like mine with a bit of cream and sugar as it takes away the strong coffee taste. I was literally told today that they CANNOT add any cream into it AT ALL per the manager!! The manager is barely experienced and only got the job because of her daughter which I get it but seriously. If I want cream and sugar in my cappuccino then put it in there. No other Dunkin gave me issues. Fox chapel is the best Dunkin to go to not this one in Irwin at all. We left the line because seriously pathetic. Pay the extra buck and go to Starbucks, they made it perfect and were so much nicer and well trained.

Since when did “less ice” mean “less drink” but full price? Never dealt with this before but whoever the old lady was is very rude when saying this you get.
