Had to give it a 3 on service depending which dukin you go to sometimes they forget things but I can understand if there very busy but when Iam the only one how do you mess up an order of just coffee lol.
Just went there to get some goodies and a I was handed my drink and ask for a free donut with my purchase and the woman refused to hand me a dounut because she already checked me out ..... it's a free donut! You know a little kindness goes a long way and you are not kind find a better way to be rude don't use dunkin to do it!
