It’s unfortunate but we ordered takeout on 10/13 and there was a Steelers game. I figured it would be busy but when I called they said 45 mins for delivery which was fine… ended up waiting an hour and forty minutes instead because they were slammed. Called and asked when my food was being delivered and they said the driver has signed it out and should be there soon, it was a very very long wait. Customer service from the shop to the delivery driver was good but super poor timing on their end. Also the food arrived literally ice cold like it has been sitting out for hours. Definitely won’t be ordering again unfortunately.

I ordered a wedgie for take out. It was dry and overbaked. No taco sauce packets in box either. Needless to say, I threw it out and wasted $15.00. The boy at the register didn't appear welcoming. I walked in and it was like role call...NAME! And that was it and I was out the door. I used to like Fox's but won't be back to this location. Very disappointed.

Absolutely disappointed!! I am from out of town. I was visiting my mother and called to order for pick up. I clarified pick up location as I don't know the area and needed to be sure it was the location off of route 30. I clarified DIRECTLY off of route 30. He confirmed several times. I requested lite sauce as my mother cannot tolerate much sauce. I even joked that I would be calling back if she couldn't eat it. To shorten this up, he gave me the wrong location. I drove a total of 30 mins out of my way. I expressed this upon pick up and the three young employees stared blankly. One just texting on her phone and walking away from me. I brought my mom cold pizza at this point. And it was absolutely not lite sauce and she could not eat it. Grease rolling onto our clothes. I am not about to drive 30 mins total to rectify this with 3 teenagers to dismiss me. What an awful experience.

The wings and pizza were good. I thought it was a bit overpriced however. 8 wings and a medium pizza were $38 with a 15% tip. Also they forgot the ranch dressing for the wings which is pretty important I think as they bost a "homemade ranch" comes with. Mom was looking forward to trying that. That being said I would order again.
Did takeout so don't know about atmosphere but the double bacon cheeseburger pizza was delicious and hot so was the mushroom and pepperoni

I have been using this Fox's location for the past year for events that run 100-200 people. They are always friendly and helpful with my very large orders, and people are always pleased with it! I will continue to work with them for my future events due to the excellent service and quality product!
