Drive thru is usually fast so I gotta give it a 4. It looses one because they are sometimes busy and they miss something from a rare time to time. Overall good tho.

I ordered food just an hour and half ago. I didn’t have part of my food after the window person repeated what was in the bag. Drove home 25 minutes later and the bowl I ordered was not in there. I have tried the store 10 times and their phone goes to a fax machine.

Staff was friendly but this place has gone down the tubes significantly. Greasy floors, place is filthy looking especially what I could see behind the counter. Food sucked. Tasted very reheated and greasy. Used to be a good location but now I’d be surprised if it’s still open in a year or two with how let go it is.

Good location for proximity but not easy to get in and out depending on traffic. The food is always fresh and the staff is friendly and efficient. Most of the time we use the drive through but the unit is always clean and organized.

Went through drive thru items missing manager lady got an attitude. It's sad when two hood restaurants one in forest hills and homestead have better service than some country bumpkin store on a highway. Also KFC if you read this. Do something about mgmt I almost dragged a..... With my car tonight how pissed off I got with her attitude.

Terrible terrible my order was wrong twice the ladies taking orders n making the food both had on head sets and neither one could get it right. I had to go in the store twice where I finally asked for my money back… they need to clean the restaurant too

I recently spent $75 at this establishment to provide a meal for my family. I also left a generous tip. However, the young lady assisting me seemed frustrated with each request I made, such as asking for napkins, which I assumed would be provided automatically. Requesting extra condiments or sauce appeared to be an inconvenience.
