Best Sicilian pizza in the area. My ONLY knock... Is sometimes not always but once in a blue moon it'll be a little over sauced but I'd rather have a little extra than less where I'm just eating cheesey bread with not enough sauce.
I haven't even tried anything else on the menu because the Sicilian is that good.

My friend brought Mama Pepino’s to our
catch up and it was fantastic. Very flavorful crust and sauce any yummy pepperoni topping. I have not ordered from there before but as i’m recovering from Luciano’s (crazy expensive) and Pizza Hut (favorite flavor but sketchy quality/hygiene), it was delicious. Nice and saucy!! WILL order again!

My husband and I both agree that Mama Pepino's is our favorite pizza. Always a lot of Anchovies, mushrooms and pepperoni on the pizza. The crust is the best.

On 29 March 2025 at exactly 3 p.m.ET, we placed a $55 order from Mama Pepino's main location in North Huntingdon, PA and after they messed up on our delivery order, putting sauce on white pizza which was part of our order , we called them back to point out the error and request proof of credit. While requesting proof of credit over the phone, they abruptly & rudely hung up on us. Also, their onion rings are way too greasy. Do not ever order from this horrible, unprofessional pizza parlor.

I ordered dinner because we’re in Covid quarantine. They delivered what I ordered and added a large complimentary order of fries with a get well note! How thoughtful ❤️ I love their Italian hoagies & pizza! Been ordering from them for years and never disappointed!

One of the top pizza shops in the area! Food is top notch and typically quality is perfect. Every once in a while we'll get the pepperoni rolls and they won't be fully cooked in the middle, but that's about the extent of issues we've had. Give it a try if you're looking for a new place!
