I stopped going here last year because you never knew when they were going to be open or closed. They never followed their store hours. But it's McRib time and they are the only McDs in Westmoreland that has it at this point. I really dreaded going to this location. But the employees and food was above expectations. Idk if they still close whenever they feel like it. But the McDs today acted professional and has some really excellent employees. Thank you for a delicious McRib and service. I stopped going to this McDonald’s due to their 15+ minute wait times. I tried the drive thru, I tried using the app, I’ve placed my order in person at the counter, I’ve used the self ordering boxes, I’ve used the mobile app to walk in and it’s still a 15-20 minute wait. I haven’t been back since October of last year and now I find out they’re hiring yet another geriatric person to “work” as a publicity stunt that will tie up traffic and absolutely nobody will get their food in a timely “fast food” manner. I understand the reason why so many elderly people work at McDonald’s, because the Republicans have stolen everything from them. Shame on this company

Tried to order burritos with no cheese due to wife's dairy allergy. The order taker said they couldn't do that because they are pre made. This is the first time at a McDonald's they refused to make a burrito with no cheese. The drive thru person was ignorant and unprofessional.

Call me old-fashioned, but 15 minutes drive through time is not acceptable. When I worked at McDonald's in the early 2000s our drive through times had to be 90 seconds or less just to keep up with the national average. they've added a second order booth to the drive-thru, but continue to only use one register to cash out. The obvious result is even longer wait times... It shouldn't take a finance specialist to figure that one out.

Place is consistently the slowest fast food location ever. Girl at register holding boyfriends hand yet people waiting, no ketchup in any of the pumps, tables are nasty and did on the floor. This is the Big Mac museum? Damn shame

Me,my wife, and daughter had great coffee from here I got the regular coffee and was hot and fresh theirs was also good just a little sweet on the latte my wife had just some advice for next time. 5 star!

My choice is always the 2 cheeseburgers w/o cheese meal, at this McDonald's both times the food was hot. Service was good, the girl was doing good at keeping up with orders and delivered food quickly plus manning the register and she was smiling and friendly. Atmosphere was good. Quiet even though it was beginning to be crowded. Best McDonalds anyplace!!
