Food is good, service was extremely slow and backed up 20-30 min wait time. No urgency whatsoever from staff. Play place is great minus the giant useless bigmac sculpture. That space could've been used to create more seating.

I'm on a special diet and they were very accommodating
We accidentally clicked eat in and we asked for a to go bag. The worker took our food and started stuffing it into a bag without gloves on, and rudely shoved it onto a table.

There is absolutely no reason to only have 2 employees staffed in the kitchen on a Friday night in ANY restaurant, especially a fast food spot.

This is literally the worst mcdonald's I've ever been to. I'm a pretty chill dude so if you mess up my order, no big deal. But you'll be waiting another 20 minutes for them to fix your food. I had to ask them twice. So instead of just giving me what I ordered, the worker just decided to scrape it off and repackage it. They didn't even give me a new bun or anything. I was livid and won't be returning. That's what happens when you get a bunch of kids running a place with no adult supervision. They were also swearing in front of customers.

@McDonaldsUK @McDonaldsCorp @ubereats_uk The service I’ve received from both these companies this weekend has been shocking charged me twice for 1 order due to a system glitch on the McDonald’s app neither want to take responsibility or resolve the issue and keep palming me off between each other for the sake of £31.85 These are billion pound companies and can’t even resolve this issue.

The person working counter went outside, so the person making fries tried to assist me , that person English wasn’t that good so he told me to get credit for purchase come back tomorrow. I ask to speak to manager or supervisor, he said that they are not here at 5 pm 10/11/2024. During this visit, I witnessed several customers complaining that their orders were incorrect and extra items in bag they didn’t order. Why do I keep coming back to this place? Service just getting worse each visit .
